WATCH BREAKING: President Trump Suffers Legal Defeat…

The establishment just won’t stop, will they?

E. Jean Carroll has long been suspected of being on the bankroll of the Democrat Party and big-time donors like never-Trump, tech billionaire Reid Hoffman.

The ‘writer’ claimed that President Trump allegedly sexually assaulted her in the 1990s, and a vast majority of conservative voters believe she is lying about her account.

Still, this didn’t stop a New York jury from awarding E. Jean Carroll damages, not for rape or sexual assault, but for defamation. Following this, Carroll brought a second defamation suit against the former President.

According to a recent ruling from U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan, President Trump is being held liable for damages to Carroll resulting from defamatory statements made about her character.

Here’s what we currently know:

MAGA patriot Jewels Jones asked: “Judge Lewis Kaplan basically said that the upcoming trial for Carroll’s lawsuit against Trump will only focus on how much moolah the former president should cough up for defaming her.

Now, typically, you’d have a jury to decide if a defendant should pay up for damages claimed by the plaintiff, but not in this case. Isn’t it fascinating how they just keep making up the rules as they go along?”

NBC News had more:

The second case focuses on similar comments Trump made about Carroll when she first went public with her claims in 2019 while he was president.

“The truth or falsity of Mr. Trump’s 2019 statements therefore depends — like the truth or falsity of his 2022 statement — on whether Ms. Carroll lied about Mr. Trump sexually assaulting her.

The jury’s finding that she did not therefore is binding in this case and precludes Mr. Trump from contesting the falsity of his 2019 statements,” Kaplan wrote.

Left-wing MSNBC provided their own analysis of the recent court ruling and described Carroll’s win in court as only a ‘partial’ victory.

Popular conservative influencer Travis in Flint had this to say: “Carroll, a weird ugly woman who is clearly lying in my opinion, only pursued this case because of that short obese loser George Conway told her to. I can’t wait until Trump wins next year and ruins the cash flow for all of these Lincoln Project leeches.”

Just The News added:

A trial in the case is set to start in New York on Jan. 15, the same day the first Republican nominating process is set to start in Iowa.

In the May trial, a jury awarded Carroll $5 million in damages for defamation and battery.
