Court Filing: Feds WILL Prosecute Biden Hunter by the End of the Month

Ah, the sweet smell of karma is wafting through the air, and folks, let me tell you, it’s more fragrant than a rose garden in full bloom!

Remember all those times the Dems were drooling over every single step of the Trump investigations?

Well, put on your seatbelts, because now it’s Hunter Biden’s turn under the microscope, and it ain’t looking too pretty for him!

Special Counsel Davis Weiss has just dropped a bombshell that is sure to leave the Biden family scrambling: a grand jury indictment is coming down the pipe for Hunter Biden on gun charges.

That’s right, Weiss isn’t playing around, and it looks like Hunter’s get-out-of-jail-free card just got shredded.

Even after the younger Biden struck a plea deal on these gun and tax charges earlier this summer, Weiss kicked it to the curb, basically saying ‘no new deal, buddy, see you in court.’

Special Counsel Davis Weiss has announced that he will seek a grand jury indictment against Hunter Biden related to gun charges. Charges will reportedly be announced by the end of this month, according to a court filing:

The Speedy Trial Act requires that the Government obtain the return of an indictment by a grand jury by Friday, September 29, 2023, at the earliest. The Government intends to seek the return of an indictment in this case before that date.

Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, had struck a plea agreement on the same gun charge and two tax charges that fell apart earlier this summer. Weiss, acting on behalf of the Department of Justice, indicated that there would be no new deal and that Biden’s case would go to trial:

[D]uring the July 26, 2023, hearing that the Court set on this matter, the Defendant pled not guilty. Since that time, the parties have engaged in further plea negotiations but are at an impasse. The Government now believes that the case will not resolve short of a trial.

Yes, it’s clear the walls are closing on Hunter Biden.

It’s apparent that the alleged crimes are serious.

So why has it taken so long?

Breitbart confirms the upcoming charges:

Special Counsel David Weiss plans to indict Hunter Biden before the end of the month, according to a new court filing.

“[T]he Speedy Trial Act requires that the Government obtain the return of an indictment by a grand jury by Friday, Sept 29, 2023, at the earliest,” Weiss wrote Wednesday.

“The Government intends to seek the return of an indictment in this case before that date,” he said.

The filing was made upon a court order to provide a status update on the case on or before September 6, 2023.

It is not known at this time what charges Hunter Biden might face.
