Rep. Andy Biggs of Arizona has just filed a bill to prohibit all federal funding to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office after District Attorney Fani Willis launched an investigation that led to Trump being indicted and arrested.
In the bill, it states “No Federal funds may be awarded or otherwise made available to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.”
The new Bill is called the “Withholding Investments from Lawless Litigators in States Act, or WILLIS Act.”
The bill is named after Fulton County DA Fani Willis who has not been shy about her disdain for Trump prior to launching an investigation into him.

Here’s what the Washington Examiner shared:
Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) filed a bill to prohibit any federal funds from going to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office following the indictment and arraignment of former President Donald Trump.
On Thursday, Trump was arraigned in the county on 13 felony charges, including racketeering, along with 18 other co-defendants in connection with his alleged attempts to overturn the 2020 election in Georgia. Since his indictment earlier this month, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has become a target of Republicans, with the House Judiciary Committee opening an investigation into her office on Thursday.
ADVERTISEMENTBiggs, a member of the conservative House Freedom Caucus and a staunch Trump supporter, filed the legislation titled the Withholding Investments from Lawless Litigators in States Act, or WILLIS Act.
The bill would ensure that “no Federal funds may be awarded or otherwise made available to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.” In addition, the bill would rescind the “unobligated balances of all amounts allocated” or “otherwise made available” to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.
It would also require the attorney general “to require the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office to reimburse the Federal Government for all amounts expended for such Office after the date of January 1, 2021,” which is when Willis assumed the position of district attorney.
