On Tuesday morning, President Trump made a big announcement.
The 45th president announced he would unveil a new irrefutable report that proves election fraud occurred in the state of Georgia.
Trump made the announcement less than 24 hours after being indicted and wrote on Truth Social “A Large, Complex, Detailed but Irrefutable REPORT on the Presidential Election Fraud which took place in Georgia is almost complete & will be presented by me at a major News Conference at 11:00 A.M. on Monday of next week.’
It appears the irrefutable report will no longer be released Monday but will rather be used in court instead.
Trump in a recent Truth Social post stated “Rather than releasing the Report on the Rigged & Stolen Georgia 2020 Presidential Election on Monday, my lawyers would prefer putting this, I believe, Irrefutable & Overwhelming evidence of Election Fraud & Irregularities in formal Legal Filings as we fight to dismiss this disgraceful Indictment.”

Per NPR:
Former President Donald Trump now says he won’t be holding a news conference next week to unveil what he claims is new “evidence” of fraud in Georgia’s 2020 presidential election — even though no fraud has ever been substantiated — citing the advice of lawyers as he prepares to face trial in two criminal cases that stem from his election lies.

Per Fox 5 Atlanta:
A press conference originally scheduled for Monday by former President Donald Trump promising to unveil what he claims is new evidence of fraud in the 2020 election in Georgia was canceled on Thursday citing advice from his attorneys.
It would have come nearly a full week after Trump and 18 others were indicted by a Fulton County grand jury on RICO charges stemming from attempting to overturn illegally the results of the 2020 election which saw President Joe Biden win Georgia.
