Donald Trump Indictment May Come Tuesday

According to reports, Special Counsel Jack Smith may indict Donald Trump as early as Tuesday in the January 6th witch hunt.

“A potential indictment of former President Trump in the special counsel’s Jan. 6 investigation could come as early as Tuesday of this week,” CBS News stated.

“If there’s going to be an indictment here in Washington D.C. on the special counsel’s January 6th investigation, it could come as early as tomorrow,” said CBS News Congressional Correspondent Scott MacFarlane.

MacFarlane noted there’s no certain date on the calendar an indictment would occur.

He also stated there’s no indictment that is certain.

“All we can say is the target letter that Trump acknowledged and announced, and we have confirmed, is an indication that federal prosecution is likely, if not imminent. You want to measure this by days and weeks, not by months and years,” he added.

“Do you think that A.G. Garland, and Deranged Jack Smith, understand that we are in the middle of a major political campaign for President of the United States? Have they looked at recent poll numbers? Why didn’t they bring these ridiculous charges years before – Why did they wait to bring them NOW – A virtually unheard of scenario? PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT! ELECTION INTERFERENCE!” Donald Trump said Sunday night on Truth Social.

Donald Trump announced last week he received a target letter from Jack Smith for the January 6th investigation.

So that’s how two patriots respond.

How does a RINO respond?

Like that RAT, Nikki Haley:

From The Post Millennial:

Trump accused Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland and the “Department of Injustice” of issuing a third indictment against him in what many have called a political prosecution. Trump leads Biden in some 2024 presidential polls, and is clearly far and away the GOP frontrunner for the party’s nomination.

The Biden administration, Trump alleged, has “effectively issued a third Indictment and Arrest of Joe Biden’s number one political opponent.”

Prosecutor Jack Smith is already prosecuting Trump for what the DOJ now claims is “obstruction of justice” after claiming that Trump interfered with documents in his possession that were under a DOJ subpoena. Trump asserts fully that any documents that remained in his possession after his term as president were rightfully in his possession, per the Presidential Records Act which states that a president can determine for themselves what documents are personally theirs and what should go to the National Archives.

Trump also faces prosecution in New York on charges that he falsified business records. Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg has charged Trump with felony counts of this usually misdemeanor charge. Bragg that there was a secondary crime in which Trump was planning to engage after the alleged records falsification. Bragg has refused to disclose what that second alleged crime was.
