While the current regime continues to use legal means to intimidate President Trump, likely as a distraction from their own wrongdoing, the investigation into the Biden crime family seems to be reaching a crescendo.
According to recent reports, Devon Archer, a close associate of both Hunter Biden and the Biden family, is set to be interviewed by investigators soon.
This would make Archer one of the closest individuals to the Biden family to come forward with information regarding their alleged influence-peddling schemes.
The Epoch Times quoted the House Oversight Committee’s Rep. James Comer, “Mr. Archer’s testimony is critical”, stated Comer.

Just The News had more on the story:
Archer, who is waiting to serve a prison sentence in a tribal fraud scheme, has direct knowledge about some of the most controversial Hunter Biden overseas business deals, including the one with Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings.
Archer and Hunter Biden serve together on the company’s board starting in 2014, when Joe Biden was vice president.
The House Oversight Committee announced on June 12, 2023:
“Rep. James Comer subpoenaed Devon Archer, a Biden family associate, to appear for a deposition on Friday, June 16, 2023.
Mr. Archer’s testimony is critical to the Committee’s investigation as he was Hunter Biden’s business partner in a number of transactions involving foreign nationals and foreign companies.
Mr. Archer is associated with corporate entities that the Committee has identified and the Biden family’s role in each of them.
Furthermore, he has significant information regarding the purpose of these companies and knowledge of relevant documents related to the Committee’s investigation.
We look forward to hearing from him.”

Washington Examiner previously reported that Archer postponed his original deposition date:
An aide for the Oversight Committee told the Washington Examiner on Thursday the deposition would not be happening Friday, but that the committee was in contact with Archer’s attorney about having the business associate of President Joe Biden’s son appear another day.
The aide said the committee is confident that another date will be found, and that Archer not showing up on Friday is not being considered a violation of Comer’s subpoena because Republicans have told Archer’s lawyer that another date can still be worked out.
