President Trump’s co-defendant in the federal ‘classified’ documents case has entered a plea deal. …
Walt Nauta, who served as a former aide to President Trump, has pleaded not guilty to the charges arrayed against him by regime prosecutors.

According to The Associated Press:
Ahead of his arraignment, Nauta hired Sasha Dadan, a criminal defense attorney and former public defender whose main law office is in Fort Pierce, where the judge who would be handling the trial is based.
She appeared in court with Nauta, alongside his Washington lawyer, Stanley Woodward, who entered the not guilty plea on his behalf.
Legal expert Norm Eisen provided his theory about the case: “In prosecutions w/ multiple defendants, it’s common for interests to diverge. That’s clearly the case w Trump & his “body man” Walt Nauta. If I were Nauta’s lawyer, I’d tell him to cut a deal—& fast.”

Yahoo News provided some background context on the charges against Nauta:
According to investigators, Nauta moved boxes containing classified material at least five times between May and June 2022.
During that time, Nauta allegedly removed a total of 64 boxes from a storage room at Mar-a-Lago, but returned with less than half that figure.
He also is accused of lying to investigators during a voluntary interview.
