A New York City man has gone viral after he filmed himself throwing pizza slices over the fence at the New York City Hall.
Pro Trump artist Scott LoBaido decided to throw the slices at the New York City hall to protest after the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) proposed a plna to regulate coal and wooden-fire ovens in resteraunts.
The decision by the DEP enraged many pizza shop owners due to the fact the DEP wants the pizza shops to instal filters to measure how much carbon emissions their wood stoves produce.

Check out what the Daily Mail reported:
A pro-Trump artist has flung pizza slices over the gates of New York City Hall in protest over a proposed new law which could see pizzerias scrapping coal and wood-fired ovens.
ADVERTISEMENTThe bizarre demonstration was caught on camera, as self-described ‘freedom fighter’ Scott LoBaido tossed an entire pie piece by piece over the black iron gates to the official building on Monday.
LoBaido screams: ‘Give us pizza or give us death!’ and claims the administration is ‘destroying every small business’ as he flings the margarita slices.
His demonstration seems to take aim at the city’s proposals to introduce new rules requiring pizzerias with ovens installed before May 2016 to buy expensive emission-control devices.
The New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) drafted the legislation in hope of slashing carbon release by 75 percent.

Here’s what Newsweek reported:
Protester pelted New York City Hall with pizza slices on Monday, shouting “Give us pizza, or give us death” following reports pizzerias in the city will be required to slash carbon emissions in a move that could hit coal and wood burning ovens.
The demonstrator, conservative artist and activist Scott LoBaido, posted a video of the incident on Twitter, where it racked up more than 1.6 million views and was retweeted over 9,000 times.
LoBaido’s protest follows a draft proposal from the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), which would require pizza joints to cut emissions by up to 75 percent in a bid to improve air quality.
