Yesterday the House voted to censure Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff in a 213-209 vote.
The censure Against Schiff was a disciplinary action to hold him accountable for pushing false claims that President Donald Trump’s campaign colluded with Russia.
Every Republican voted to censure Schiff except six Republicans.
They are:
- Reps. David Joyce of Ohio
- Michael Guest of Mississippi
- Andrew Garbarino, of New York
- Ken Buck of Colorado
- John Rutherford of Florida
- Michelle Fischbach of Minnesota
What does censure do? They say it is to humiliate Adam Schiff, but it isn’t even a slap on the wrist! Adam Schiff is a Liar and needs to Resign! #ImpeachSchiff

Here’s what Fox News reported:
Six Republicans voted present on Wednesday before the House narrowly censured Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., 213-209 along party lines.
ADVERTISEMENTThe GOP members included Reps. David Joyce of Ohio, Michael Guest of Mississippi, Andrew Garbarino, of New York, Ken Buck of Colorado, John Rutherford of Florida and Michelle Fischbach of Minnesota.
Schiff was censured for pushing claims that former President Trump’s 2016 campaign colluded with Russia — a vote that made Schiff just the third member of the House to be censured since the turn of the century.
Rep. Paul Gosar, R-Ariz, was censured in 2021 when Democrats still had the majority and former Rep. Charlie Rangel, D-N.Y., was censured in 2010.

The New York Post got the scoop too:
Bedlam broke out on the House floor Wednesday night after the lower chamber voted along party lines to censure Rep. Adam Schiff for amplifying claims that Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign colluded with Russia.
“I have all night,” McCarthy said as he tried to ask for Schiff to present himself so he could be censured.
McCarthy’s repeated gavel bangs did little to stop the jeering, which lasted for roughly five minutes before Democratic members allowed the House speaker to speak.
The censure resolution against Schiff (D-Calif.), the former chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, was approved by a vote of 213-209 with six lawmakers opting to vote “present.”
