DEVELOPING: Tucker And Rogan To Team Up?

A new report from the Daily Mail has sent the internet into a tailspin…

According to that report, Tucker Carlson’s media team has been attempting to reach out to Joe Rogan’s team to schedule an interview on the world’s most popular podcast. …

The article also claims that Rogan’s media team has given Tucker Carlson the cold shoulder. …

WLTR cannot confirm the accuracy of the report at this time, but we will bring you updates as soon as they become available to us.

However, we can say that recently Rogan told Cameron Hanes that he would be “interested in talking” to Tucker Carlson—perhaps this is cause for optimism that an interview is coming soon:

Daily Mail authored the original report and claimed:

But a well-placed source told DailyMail.com: ‘Joe will simply not respond. He’s shown no interest in having Tucker on. It’s like crickets.’

‘Tucker wanted it to happen. His people reached out to Rogan’s team saying he wanted to come on, he was willing to reveal what went down at Fox, the firing, the aftermath, everything,’ added our source.

The Joe Rogan Experience attracts an estimated 11 million listeners per episode

‘They went through producers, his close colleagues, all the right people, and got absolutely no response.

‘This has been going on for weeks and weeks. Even Rogan’s friends are starting to ask, what is he doing?

‘Tucker Carlson and Joe Rogan sounds like a match made in heaven – and a ratings bonanza.

‘Nobody can figure out why he wants nothing to do with it.’

Journalist and influencer Tim Pool called out the recent Daily Mail piece claiming that it was ‘fake news’ and an Alex Jones parody account echoed that same sentiment.

The prevailing theory was that the Daily Mail article was wrong and many still expect the two to do an interview together soon.

In a related report, Axios revealed that Fox News has sent Carlson a cease and desist letter regarding his new Twitter show:

The cease-and-desist letter has “NOT FOR PUBLICATION” in bold at the top.

Fox is continuing to pay Carlson, and maintains that his contract keeps his content exclusive to Fox through Dec. 31, 2024.

Carlson is making a First Amendment argument for posting on Twitter, and asserts that Fox has committed material breaches of his contract.
