Rep Andy Biggs on Trump Indictment: “We have now reached a war phase. Eye for an Eye”

In the face of political persecution, it’s high time for Americans to rally behind our real leader, President Trump.

His federal indictment for alleged mishandling of classified documents is not a sign of wrongdoing but a beacon, calling for unified support from every patriotic heart across the nation.

Two esteemed congressmen, Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) and Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA), have taken the lead, with Biggs declaring, “We have now reached a war phase. Eye for an eye.”

Of course, let’s be clear here, we’re not talking about a literal war but a figurative one, a battle of wills against those who wish to sideline President Trump.

Similarly, Higgins’ message is one of resilience and fortitude, imploring us all to hold our ground and maintain our calm amidst this political storm.

His cryptic words, “This is a perimeter probe from the oppressors. Hold. rPOTUS has this. Buckle up. 1/50K know your bridges.

Rock steady calm. That is all,” can be deciphered as a call to stand fast, trust in our “real president of the United States” (rPOTUS) and brace for the fight ahead.

This is not about indulging in violence or promoting conflict.

It’s about standing up for what’s right and supporting a leader who has always prioritized America’s interests.

So, let’s not lose hope, and instead, put all our focus into backing President Trump during this trying time.

Yet…

Predictably, the media is trying to read things that aren’t there.

They’re trying to make it sound as if WE are the ones trying to start a new Civil War.

The Daily Beast reports:

In response to the federal indictment of former President Donald Trump over his allegedly willful mishandling of classified documents at his South Florida home, two right-wing congressman invoked seemingly violent rhetoric in response. “We have now reached a war phase. Eye for an eye,” tweeted Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) moments after the scathing, 44-page indictment was unsealed. A spokesperson for Biggs told Bloomberg News that the congressman did not mean literal war. The night prior, his fellow MAGA diehard, Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA), cryptically tweeted about the indictment: “This is a perimeter probe from the oppressors. Hold. rPOTUS has this. Buckle up. 1/50K know your bridges. Rock steady calm. That is all.” Experts including a former Republican lawmaker and a natsec official chimed in to explain that the congressman was invoking military planning terminology for gearing up to make contact with the enemy. (The phrase “rPOTUS” is an acronym used by election-denying MAGA boosters to mean “real president of the United States.”)

It’s crazy.

Yet, liberals all over the internet are warning that Trump supporters plan on doing a January 6th repeat in Miami.

Can you believe them?!

Don’t be surprised if these innocent Representatives get investigated by the FBI over their innocent comments.

The Democrats are the ones trying to literally imprison their political opponents.

They’re the ones who weaponized the Justice Department.

They’re the ones who ignored the many crimes committed by the Biden family.

And they’re the ones who chose to indict President Trump the very same day that the FBI FINALLY revealed it had documents linking Biden to a $5 million payment from Burisma in Ukraine.

You really think that’s a coincidence?

Yet, they want to paint us as the war-hungry side.

It’s disgusting!

Take a look at how Huffpost spins it:

At least two Republican members of Congress used alarmingly warlike rhetoric in response to the federal charges filed against Donald Trump on Thursday.

The former president, who faces a 37-count indictment on charges such as conspiracy to obstruct justice and withholding a document or record, is expected to appear in court Tuesday.

Rep. Clay Higgins (R-La.), the tough-talking former Louisiana law enforcement officer who recently manhandled an activist on camera, instructed his Twitter followers to “Buckle up” in preparation for that day, in a dispatch that sounded like battlefield orders.

Jeff Sharlet, a writer who also uses the platform, pointed out that “1/50K” refers to a common scale for military maps, and that “know your bridges” could be a reference to seizing key infrastructure.

Tom Malinowski, a former Democratic congressman from New Jersey, also tweeted about Higgins’ post. “Most of this guy’s House GOP colleagues know he’s dangerous and unhinged, but they tolerate him. That is all,” Malinowski said.

Another GOP congressman, Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.), was slightly more blunt.

“We have now reached a war phase,” he tweeted Friday. “Eye for an eye.”

Matthew Tragesser, a spokesperson for Biggs, denied that the tweet amounted to a declaration of war.

“The Department of Justice is rogue and weaponized. The Republican Party has to step up and counter their efforts,” he told HuffPost in an email.

“The Republican Party has to prosecute people like Hunter and Joe Biden as the party now has a mountain of evidence against them,” he added, referring to GOP-led investigations into the president and his son.

Higgins’ office did not immediately respond to HuffPost’s request for comment.

Warlike rhetoric was widespread in the wake of Trump’s new indictment. Mark Levin, a Fox News host, bellowed in a monologue Thursday that the charges amounted to “war on Trump.”

“It is a war on the Republican Party. And it is a war on the republic,” he added, while also comparing the indictment to the 2021 riot at the U.S. Capitol.

So what do you think about Biggs’ tweet.

Was it appropriate?

Or do you agree with the media?
