Jim Jordan Sets Deadline For DOJ—Showdown Coming Soon?

Everyone understands that all the investigations and ‘charges’ against President Trump are purely political.

No one understands this better than the people actually bringing the sham cases and investigations against the 45th President of The United States.

Jim Jordan of the House Judiciary Committee recently demanded that Merrick Garland and the DOJ provide transparency on Jack Smith and his ongoing investigation into President Trump.

The lawmaker also set a deadline for the DOJ to provide the requested materials—June 20, 2023.

According to Breitbart:

The request to Garland comes the same day Jordan asked Garland for the same memo for special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into former President Donald Trump’s handling of classified documents and whether Trump or anyone in his orbit “interfered with the transfer of power” after the 2020 election.

As a result of ongoing politically motivated investigations into President Trump, Jim Jordan sent this letter to Merrick Garland and the DOJ demanding transparency into both the investigation and Special Counsel Jack Smith.

Western Journal provided this quote from Rep. Jordan:

“The extent of the FBI’s bias and reckless disregard for the truth, which Special Counsel Durham laid out in painstaking detail, is nothing short of scandalous,” the Judiciary Committee chairman wrote.

“The FBI has tried to dismiss the report’s findings by claiming to have ‘already implemented dozens of corrective actions’ to prevent similar misconduct in the future.”
