JUST IN: Marine Hero Daniel Penny Breaks Silence

Daniel Penny was thrust into the national spotlight after allegedly subduing Jordan Neely due to Neely’s continuous threats toward subway passengers.

Neely is reported to have been a career criminal with numerous run-ins with the law and 42 documented arrests.

Conservative pundit and influencer Collin Rugg highlights just some of Penny’s responses and reminds everyone exactly why Penny was arrested and turned into a public spectacle:

Daniel Penny has since come out and broken his silence on the matter in a recent interview given to The New York Post:

Here are just some of his responses as part of the recent interview with The New York Post, I highly encourage you to check out the whole thing:

“I can tell you that the threats, the menacing, the terror that Jordan Neely introduced to that train has already been well documented.

I don’t think it’s going to even be controverted. There are numerous witnesses from all different walks of life who have absolutely no motive to do anything other than to recount what actually happened.

They are uniform in their recollection of events.”

“I’m deeply saddened by the loss of life,” he said. “It’s tragic what happened to him. Hopefully, we can change the system that’s so desperately failed us.”

An outpouring of support for Penny has inundated Twitter—his legal defense fund is now almost at $3 million. If you would like to support Penny by contributing to his legal costs, please click here.

Western Journal explains:

Witnesses aboard the train have defended Penny’s actions, even calling him a “hero” who saved other passengers from injury at the hands of Neely.

The veteran was slapped with second-degree manslaughter charges by progressive Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg after Neely’s death.
