Texas National Guard Attempt to Keep Illegal Aliens Out

While the Biden admin has their hands folded the Texas National Guard is putting up a fight.

Videos of the Texas National Guard show guard members putting up barbed wire fences and barriers in order to keep illegal immigrants out.

The Texas National Guard was sent out after Republican Governor Greg Abbot issued a zero entry policy.

Here’s the footage:

Trending Politics had these details to add:

The Texas National Guard is taking matters into their own hands as the Biden border crisis continues to worsen as Title 42 is set to expire at midnight.

On Wednesday, Texas National Guard members installed razor wire in Brownsville, Texas in a popular illegal crossing area at the river’s edge.

“Thanks to the Texas National Guard and Texas Department of Public Safety,” Texas governor Greg Abbott tweeted. “They are the only officials in America holding the line against an onrush of illegal immigrants.”

“Texas continuing to take a much more direct approach these last couple of days – blocking migrants at the river’s edge after they cross into Brownsville illegally,” reporter Bill Melugin responded. “The migrants continue to appear to be perplexed as to why they aren’t just being let in without any resistance.”

The Daily Mail got the scoop too:

Migrants have been attempting to cross the southern border from Mexico into the United States appear to have been blocked by some soldiers, with just hours to go before Title 42 restrictions are to be lifted at 10:59pm eastern Texas, 9:59pm in El Paso, Texas and 8:59pm in San Ysidro, California.

In drone footage shot on the border between Matamoros, Mexico and Brownsville, Texas, a group of men, women and young children can be seen attempting to take the final few steps into the U.S.- but Texas National Guard soldiers and Texas Department of Public Safety officials are seen to be blocking their way.

Having made the treacherous journey up through Mexico and crossing the Rio Grande river, their final few steps appear to have been thwarted by the presence of armed officials who have finally established a presence on the border.
