The verdict in the E. Jean Carroll case is an absolute disgrace.
Despite finding no evidence that President Trump actually committed aggravated sexual assault against Carroll, the author, and New York socialite, was granted damages based on claims of ‘civil battery’ and defamation.
Previously, we reported that a New York jury had awarded E. Jean Carroll $5 million in damages, despite not finding the 45th President of the United States guilty of rape:
