This just goes to show that all they care about is money. …
It was CNN and MSNBC who led the charge of anti-Trump rhetoric during the 2016 Presidential election and doubled down on those efforts in the wake of the January 6th protests.
Trump is a ‘white supremacist,’ bigoted, and insurrectional character, according to the mainstream news networks, and they made sure to let us know that 24 hours a day, 8 days a week.
Yet now they are hosting one of their famous ‘town hall‘ debates and President Trump will be there front and center.
So what’s changed? Are they desperately trying to shore up their abysmal ratings and their failing network?
I think so, but I’ll let you come to your own conclusions about that. …
Here’s what President Trump had to say about CNN and his upcoming appearance on Wednesday:

CNN writes:
This will be Trump’s first appearance on CNN since the 2016 presidential campaign.
The CNN town hall comes as Trump has quickly emerged as the frontrunner in the Republican field for president in 2024. A handful of Republicans have entered the 2024 race so far, though Trump’s biggest potential rival, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, is still weighing a possible campaign.

According to Fox News, liberals and leftists are not too thrilled with President Trump’s scheduled appearance on CNN:
“Republicans, Democrats, insurrectionists, everybody’s on the air,” Reid said, mocking Zaslav’s defense of bipartisanship.
“It feels to me like this is a pretty open attempt by CNN to push itself to the right and make itself attractive and show its belly to MAGA and to conservatives hoping that they will tune in,” Reid said.
ADVERTISEMENTOne of Reid’s guests, editor-at-large of The Bulwark, Charlie Sykes, said that CNN’s decision to platform Trump was “horrifically bad judgment.”
