Meet Ukraine’s New, Futuristic Weapon, Will It Save The Failed State?

Ukraine has revealed a new, futuristic weapon that it is bringing to the battlefield, but will it save them?

Nope! Still, this is an interesting development that sheds some light on the future of warfare. Ukraine will be bringing robots to the battlefield.

The robots are primitive, sporting four wheels and closer in resemblance to a small tank rather than Tesla’s Optimus or the Terminator robots.

Russia already has similar technology, so this isn’t likely to change the outcome of the war.

Everyone paying attention knows that Ukraine has already lost the war, even Zelensky’s cabinet members and insiders privately admitted this to Time Magazine.

Despite this, we are still funneling billions into the failing country and a failing war, where else did the funding for the robots come from besides our own pockets? Take a look at the new technology below:

Last 24 Report went into greater detail: “United24 will purchase hundreds of robots for combat, logistics, minelaying, and mine clearance, reflecting a strategic shift towards robotic warfare.

Ukraine’s innovative use of drones has already set a precedent in modern warfare, with its drone fleet successfully targeting Russian naval and oil infrastructure.

Ground robots, while more complex than aerial drones, are seen as the next frontier, with Ukrainian engineers pushing the envelope in robotics technology.

The development and deployment of these robots come from Ukraine’s Brave1 technology cluster, which has rigorously tested and selected 14 UGV concepts for mass production, aiming to minimize human risk on the battlefield.”

WIRED explained:

The UGVs being developed within the war are typically four- or six-wheeled machines that can be kitted out for multiple purposes.

There are logistics robots, which can carry supplies to the front lines; evacuation robots that carry injured people; and robots linked to combat such as those that can place or destroy landmines and have explosives or weapons attached.

These robots are largely remote-controlled by humans—there’s little autonomy—and operate over ranges of a few kilometers.

Theresa Fallon writes: “Necessity is the mother of invention and after Ukrainian military successes with air and sea drones, they are innovating on the battle field with land-based drones which face more challenges.”

Colonel Douglas Macgregor offered this warning: “If we intervene in Western Ukraine, the Russians will be ready for that. The consequences for The United States and NATO will be devastating.”

Newsweek confirmed:

Both Russia and Ukraine are developing UGVs intended to “replace human soldiers in the most dangerous and casualty-intensive storming raids,” said Samuel Bendett, of the Center for Naval Analyses.

We are currently seeing experimental UGV models as Kyiv prepares for mass-manufacturing of the ground drones, Bendett told Newsweek.
