An 11-year-old boy in northeastern Thailand reportedly took his parents’ pickup truck without permission and crashed into a group of monks walking on a pilgrimage. Security footage shows the monks in single file before the truck slid off the road and hit them. Early reports said at least eight were dead. AP now reports the toll has risen to 10.
