Infamous Mexican cartel leader Jorge Humberto Figueroa, nicknamed “El Perris,” was killed during a raid in Sinaloa on Friday. Figueroa had been charged with conspiracy to import and distribute fentanyl into the U.S. and had a $1 million bounty on his head.
