The DC Circuit just hit pause on Judge Chutkan’s order. It would’ve forced Citibank to hand over $20 billion in EPA funds to “green nonprofits.” (Nothing says ‘nonprofit’ like getting handed billions, right?) The panel sided with EPA Chief Lee Zeldin.
