The impeachment process is officially underway to impeach Obama-appointed Judge Paul Engelmayer for high crimes and misdemeanors. Judge Engelmayer was the federal judge who ruled to block DOGE’s access to Treasury Department payment systems, effectively preventing them from carrying out their mandate to find and eliminate government fraud and waste.
