Pepsi Becomes Latest Company to Abandon DEI Agenda


Well, Robby Starbuck has done it again!

After a long trail of wins against other companies, he’s now got Pepsico to ditch the woke.

They’re getting rid DEI Officer, their DEI team, the works!

I guess they’re tired of headlines like this:

Now that woke is being removed from these products, how about they remove the poison too?

Amazing how much corruption is crammed into these companies.

Is Coke still refusing to let go of DEI?

Newsmax reports:

PepsiCo Inc. is the latest company to withdraw from its diversity, equity and inclusion programs, Bloomberg reports.

Pepsi will abandon workforce hiring and representation targets and no longer have a Chief DEI Officer, while expanding its supplier diversity program to include all small businesses, according to a memo from CEO Ramon Laguarta.

Laguarta said PepsiCo has been refining its DEI approach over the past year “to ensure it is aligned with our long-term business strategy, responsive to local markets, and focused on the principles that drive sustainable growth.”

Anti-DEI activist Robby Starbuck posted the contents of the memo on social media Thursday, and a PepsiCo spokesperson confirmed the memo from Laguarta.

Robby Starbuck posted:

MASSIVE news: I contacted PepsiCo to let them know that I planned on doing a story about their woke policies. When I contacted them, they were ready to make some BIG changes. I can now exclusively tell you what’s changing:

•@PepsiCo
will no longer have a DEI Officer.

• PepsiCo will no longer have a DEI team.

• PepsiCo will END DEI representation goals.

• PepsiCo will no longer participate in the woke
@HRC
CEI social credit system survey. Woke trans agenda activists at the HRC are losing influence and power by the day.

• They will END ALL DEI trainings.

• ALL PepsiCo sponsorships must align with their business going forward.

• Instead of supplier diversity, PepsiCo is now focused on growing their small business supplier base.

• There will now be centralized management of ALL employee groups to ensure that their activities align with the core business.

• Going forward their strategy will be about GROWTH and how they drive growth to the business.

Now we need RFK Jr to get the FDA to get rid of their poisons so that Pepsi junk food can just be snack food.
