President Trump To Sign Executive Order Terminating ALL Federal Benefits For Illegal Aliens

President Trump is expected to sign an executive order tonight that will end all federal benefits going to illegal aliens.

The order will mandate all federal agencies to find any programs that use American taxpayer money to assist illegal aliens and terminate them.

The executive order aims to make sure that our tax dollars “will not be used to support sanctuary policies or assist illegal immigration.”

Take a look at the breaking news:

Fox News Correspondent Bill Melugin broke the story:

Now, you might be wondering: what programs are there that give illegal, criminal aliens free benefits anyways?

After all, Democrats have told us that there are exactly zero programs that use our tax dollars to assist illegals.

But…you might (or might not) be surprised to know that, in reality, states like California are spending billions per year to ensure their illegals get free health coverage.

We reported on that story a few days ago:

Grok identified several others:

Federal Programs Providing Benefits to Undocumented Immigrants
  1. Emergency Medicaid
    • Undocumented immigrants can access Emergency Medicaid, which covers acute medical situations (e.g., childbirth, severe injuries, or life-threatening conditions) if they meet other eligibility criteria, such as income requirements. This does not include long-term care for chronic conditions.
    • In 2016, federal spending on emergency services for undocumented immigrants was approximately $974 million, a small fraction of total Medicaid expenditures.
  2. Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
    • WIC provides nutrition assistance, including food vouchers and education, to low-income pregnant women, new mothers, and young children, regardless of immigration status. All 50 states have opted to include undocumented immigrants in this program.
  3. School Meal Programs
    • Undocumented children attending public schools are eligible for free or reduced-price school breakfast and lunch programs under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program. Eligibility is tied to school attendance, not immigration status.
  4. Emergency Services under EMTALA
    • The Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA) requires Medicare-participating hospitals to provide emergency care to anyone, regardless of citizenship or ability to pay. This benefits undocumented immigrants needing urgent medical attention, though costs may be covered by Emergency Medicaid or left uncompensated.
  5. Public Health Programs
    • Undocumented immigrants can access immunizations and treatment for communicable diseases (e.g., tuberculosis, COVID-19 vaccinations) through public health initiatives, as these are not considered "federal public benefits" under PRWORA and are intended to protect public health.
  6. Head Start
    • This early childhood education program is available to low-income children, including those of undocumented immigrants, as it is not classified as a federal public benefit tied to immigration status.
State-Funded Programs Providing Benefits
Some states use their own funds to provide benefits to undocumented immigrants who are ineligible for federal programs. These vary widely by state and are not federally mandated or funded. Examples include:
  1. State-Funded Healthcare Programs
    • California: Offers Medi-Cal coverage to undocumented children (up to age 19) and, as of 2024, to all low-income undocumented adults, regardless of age. This expansion makes California a leader in state-funded healthcare for undocumented immigrants.
    • Illinois: The Health Benefits for Immigrant Adults (HBIA) program provides Medicaid-like coverage to undocumented adults aged 42-64, and the Health Benefits for Immigrant Seniors (HBIS) covers those 65 and older, though new enrollments were paused in 2023.
    • New York: Extends state-funded Medicaid to undocumented individuals aged 65 and older and provides prenatal care regardless of status.
    • Washington: In 2024, undocumented immigrants can enroll in subsidized private coverage through the state’s ACA marketplace (Washington Healthplanfinder) with state-funded premium assistance up to $250/month for those with incomes up to 250% of the poverty level.
    • As of October 2024, 11 states and Washington, D.C., offer Medicaid-like coverage to certain undocumented groups, typically children or pregnant women.
  2. State-Funded Food Assistance
    • California: The CalFresh program extends food assistance to some undocumented immigrants ineligible for federal SNAP, and in 2023, the state approved food aid for undocumented residents aged 55 and older (effective 2027).
    • Other States: States like Connecticut, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, and Washington have special nutrition programs using state funds to assist undocumented immigrants ineligible for SNAP.
  3. Cash Assistance
    • California: The Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants (CAPI) provides monthly cash benefits to aged, blind, or disabled undocumented immigrants ineligible for SSI/SSP due to immigration status.
    • Colorado: The Benefit Recovery Fund offers cash payments to undocumented workers with W-2 income who lose jobs through no fault of their own and are ineligible for traditional unemployment benefits.
  4. Education Benefits
    • While K-12 education is guaranteed nationwide under the 1982 Supreme Court ruling Plyler v. Doe, some states offer additional education-related benefits. For example, New York allows undocumented students who attended high school in-state for at least two years to qualify for in-state tuition at SUNY schools, though they remain ineligible for state financial aid like TAP.
  5. Housing and Legal Assistance
    • New York City: Provides shelter, prepaid debit cards (e.g., $350/week for a family of two children under a pilot program), and legal services through the Legal Protection Fund for undocumented immigrants.
    • Chicago: Offers legal aid and temporary shelter, though with time limits (e.g., 60-day stays).

That looks like a whole lot more than zero...

Keep in mind that it's your tax money that has been used to fund all these benefits for illegal, non-taxpaying foreigners.

And President Trump will be ending them all this evening, with a swift stroke of his pen.

Think of all the ways that same money could have been allocated to benefit the American people, instead. For instance, it could be used to help veterans or American citizens who are truly in need of assistance.

I can't wait to see how President Trump re-allocates our tax dollars to actually benefit America and its people.

And, hey, we might even be getting back some of that money the government took from us and wasted directly soon...
