There has been another midair collision involving two planes near an airport in Arizona today.
There are currently no details on the cause of the collision.
The two planes involved have been identified as a Lancair 260 MK II and a Cessna 172S — both fairly small single engine planes.
#UPDATE: The aircrafts involved in the Marana mid-air collision have been identified:

The airspace over the Marana Regional Airport is apparently ‘uncontrolled airspace’, meaning there is no control tower to help planes navigate.
Two reporters with KGUN Channel 9 out of Tucson were on the scene at the airport shortly after the crash.
One of the reporters had previously covered a story about the airport which has been slated to get a control tower, but which has not happened yet.
KGUN 9's @BlakePhillipsTV and Marana reporter @thomasmadison_ are following a developing story at the Marana Regional Airport, where two planes were involved in a deadly collision.

Here is a clip from KGUN reporting from the location.
According to the report, the airport is now closed with FAA and NTSB officials on the way, pending an investigation.

No specific information has been released concerning the victims, or the circumstances that led to the collision.
The crash did result in the deaths of at least two people, according to a Fox News report:
A midair collision between two small planes at a regional airport in Arizona killed at least two people on Wednesday, authorities said.
The deadly collision occurred at the Marana Regional Airport, northwest of Tucson, the Marana Police Department said.
Authorities confirmed that at least two people were killed, though they noted that details were limited as first responders were still working the scene.
The planes that collided midair were identified as a Cessna 172S and a Lancair 360 MK II, both fixed-wing, single-engine aircraft, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) said. The agency said it is investigating the incident.
ADVERTISEMENTNo information about the victims or how the collision occurred was immediately provided.
Authorities said that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is also responding to the incident.
The clip below shows the point of impact for one of the planes, but there is no indication yet which of the two airplanes made impact in this location.

It is being reported that “at least” two people have died in this collision and the resulting crashes.
But, amazingly, there were reportedly two people in each of the planes — leading to the possibility that there may be survivors.
The FAA is the source reporting that there were two people in either plane at the time of the collision, according to a story from the Associated Press:
The National Transportation Safety Board said it is investigating the collision that happened near Marana Regional Airport on the outskirts of Tucson. The Marana Police Department confirmed two deaths after responding to the crash.
ADVERTISEMENTThe Federal Aviation Administration says two people were aboard each plane involved in the collision.
The airport in Marana has two intersecting runways but operates without an air traffic control tower.
A multimillion-dollar project was underway to build a tower but delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic pushed back construction. Tens of thousands of flights arrive and depart from the airport annually.
The Marana Police Department were first called to the scene, and posted the following update to their Facebook account.
With a rash of recent air disasters, rumors have begun to swirl about what might be behind the sudden uptick in plane-related crashes.
The media have attempted to lay the blame directly at the feet of the Trump administration as a result of the FAA cuts they have put in place.
That seems to be a completely baseless accusation, as even the CEO of Delta Airlines just went on CBS today with Gayle King, who tried to use that line of blame.
Delta’s CEO completely shut that attack down:

It has, however, become apparent that DEI focused hiring strategies are running rampant in the airline industry and with the FAA — including air traffic controller positions.
Though in this case, with no control tower involved, that doesn’t seem to have played a role.
But there has apparently been revelations just today regarding the plane that flipped on its back after touching down regarding DEI crews:

I’d like to point out that even the “uptick” in plane-related accidents is — according to the data — completely untrue.
Check out this data from the NTSB, showing that not only have their been FEWER aircraft accidents in the two partial months since President Trump took office…
But January and February of this year saw the lowest numbers of aircraft accidents in back-to-back months compared to the last twenty years!
We've actually had less plane crashes than any other month since before 2007 this past month…don't get gaslit by over-reporting. pic.twitter.com/bZQFgeRZoB

This is a developing story, and more details will hopefully be forthcoming soon.
In the meantime — don’t let the news media or the unhinged Trump-haters gaslight you.
While it may seem as though there have been more aircraft incidents, the fact is those numbers are far lower than the constant reporting would make it seem.
We will continue to bring you news of such incidents, as it is helping to shape the developing narrative in the media and in the national political conversation.
But we’ll also be bringing you those reports through a lens of TRUTH that you can be assured the mainstream legacy media will never be allowed to do.
I want to make one thing abundantly clear….
We are only four weeks into the Trump Administration.
Anything happening right now is the leftover fallout from four years of the Biden Regime asleep at the wheel — or worse, sabotaging America from within!
Remember all this stuff?
This is nothing more than a continuation of all of this:
Planes, Trains and Shipping Vessels -- What Comes Next?
Plains, Trains and Automobiles was a hilarious movie. Maybe Top 20 comedy of all time, especially since Hollywood has been incapable of writing comedies for about 10+ years now and doesn't appear able to recover anytime in the foreseeable future.
But Plains, Trains and Shipping Vessel derailments? Not so funny.
Two things happened yesterday that caused me to consider this topic and write this article.
First, someone mentioned to me how it seems like there has been a huge increase of tragic events under the Biden Regime (remember all the train derailments? Now planes falling apart every day. Now capped off by a Shipping Vessel taking out an entire key bridge).
But don't worry, this guy is on the case and going to fix it all real soon:
Of course we covered all of those on a daily basis, but stepping back to view the forrest from the trees, it was stunning to really think about.
Then they asked me the question: what do you think happens next? Between now and the election. Do you think it gets better or worse?
Neither of us really needed to answer that question because we both knew.
The second thing was I ran across the meme posted above.
Sometimes a picture truly is worth 1,000 words.
I don't recall much, if any, of this crap happening under Donald Trump's watch.
Oh we had some mean Tweets, but the world was mostly at piece and under control.
Now?
Well, I thought it might be good to turn to the actual data and take a walk down memory lane.
This is by no means a comprehensive list, that would take far too long, but here is just some of what we've endured over the pat 4 years of the Biden Regime.
How much of this must happen before it becomes "not a coincidence"?
I don't know, but see how far you can stick with me as we walk down memory lane....
Of course probably the most notable and tragic derailment was in Palestine, OH.
I'm sure you all remember this:
Oklahoma:
Nebraska:

Ohio (again):
Minnesota:

Wow, right?
And that was just a SMALL sample, I stopped before it got unreasonably long.
And that was just trains.
I probably don't need to remind you too much about all the airplane incidents recently....planes literally falling apart during takeoff, midflight and during landing.

STUNNING: Map Shows All Food Processing Plants That Have Burned Down, Blown Up or Been Destroyed Under Biden
Folks, this is truly stunning.
They are trying to destroy our food supply!
As someone who sits in this chair and covers the news each day, I see this firsthand.
Heck, we covered this one just this morning:
I knew there have been a lot of food processing plants and other food supply buildings that have burned down, blown up or otherwise met a catastrophic, untimely end in the last 3 years, but I had no idea just how many until I saw it all together in one place.
I've been here to cover each of these, but it's really jarring when you see it all in one place.
