BREAKING: Social Security Director RESIGNS, Attempted to Block DOGE Investigation of Fraud Scheme

The acting Director of the Social Security Administration has been attempting to block DOGE from exposing fraud schemes by limiting access to the payment systems of the federal agency.

News just broke that Michelle King has resigned her position as Director, and has already been replaced.

King had reportedly worked at the Social Security Administration since 1994 — 30 years — only to end her career in an attempt to prevent President Trump from ending the corruption and waste of the federal government.

King refused to provide the DOGE team with access to the information necessary to continue their investigation into the corruption already uncovered.

Bureaucrats within the system are panicking with the news of King’s resignation.

Once such bureaucrat who heads an advocacy group for the preservation of Social Security benefits is in full melt down because DOGE is getting the access they need to complete their investigation into Social Security fraud, according to a report by the Associated Press:

The Social Security Administration ‘s acting commissioner has stepped down from her role at the agency over Department of Government Efficiency requests to access Social Security recipient information, according to two people familiar with the official’s departure who were not authorized to discuss the matter publicly.

Acting Commissioner Michelle King’s departure from the agency over the weekend — after more than 30 years of service — was initiated after King refused to provide DOGE staffers at the SSA with access to sensitive information, the people said Monday.

The White House has replaced her as acting commissioner with Leland Dudek, who currently works at the SSA, the people said.

White House spokesperson Harrison Fields released a statement Monday night saying: “President Trump has nominated the highly qualified and talented Frank Bisignano to lead the Social Security Administration, and we expect him to be swiftly confirmed in the coming weeks. In the meantime, the agency will be led by a career Social Security anti-fraud expert as the acting commissioner.”

Nancy Altman, president of Social Security Works, an advocacy group for the preservation of Social Security benefits, said of DOGE’s efforts that “there is no way to overstate how serious a breach this is. And my understanding is that it has already occurred.”

“The information collected and securely held by the Social Security Administration is highly sensitive,” she said. “SSA has data on everyone who has a Social Security number, which is virtually all Americans, everyone who has Medicare, and every low-income American who has applied for Social Security’s means-tested companion program, Supplemental Security Income.”

“If there is an evil intent to punish perceived enemies, someone could erase your earnings record, making it impossible to collect the Social Security and Medicare benefits you have earned.”

Just the fact that these Deep State actors are constantly worried that someone might weaponize the system if they have too much access…

Tells me that these people have been weaponizing the system for years.

They are simply too quick to point to THAT SPECIFIC concern, across the board.

Why else would these people throw away careers spanning decades on some flimsy show of resistance to President Trump’s legitimate use of Executive authority to CLEAN UP the corruption and mismanagement going on?

These people are close enough to the situation to know that DOGE has all the clearance and authority of the Executive Branch to do what they are doing.

They KNOW that the “but muh privacy!” argument is ridiculous — SOMEONE HAS to handle that information; they do it every day.

But they use it anyway, choosing to let their careers “die” on that hill — knowing there is not anything technically improper going on.

Why?

Allow me to offer up my simple theory — they know exactly how bad the situation really is, they have known all along, and they are culpable.

And they are desperate to find some position of perceived moral high ground from which to paint themselves as the good guys, rather than the VERY PEOPLE WHO FACILITATED THIS CORRUPTION!

DOGE is directly investigating the wasted taxpayer money via the Social Security Administration.

And people like Michelle King who have been part of that system for decades are TERRIFIED that the waste and corruption that happened on her watch for years… will be discovered and exposed to public scrutiny.

Elon already discovered enough corruption in the SS system to post some ridiculous numbers online, according to a report in the Daily Mail:

The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is investigating wasted taxpayer money as a matter of urgency after Donald Trump promised voters huge savings at the federal government.

Musk posted a chart on X showing that there are more than 20 million Americans listed over the age of 100, including 3.9 million in the 130-139 range, more than 3.5 million aged 140-149 and more than 1.3 million in the range 150-159. There is even an ‘alive’ citizen aged over 360, according to the records.

The billionaire Tesla boss wrote: ‘According to the Social Security database, these are the numbers of people in each age bucket with the death field set to FALSE! Maybe Twilight is real and there are a lot of vampires collecting Social Security.’

The White House is doubling down on President Trump’s intent that DOGE identify and end the corruption through federal agencies like the Social Security Administration.

And Elon Musk is to the point that he is making fun of those who push back against his attempts to get at the heart of the problem.

My guess is, the level of waste and corruption that Elon Musk’s team is seeing on an hourly basis is enough to make you want to laugh to keep from crying.

I just hope they don’t give up the fight.

There is more corruption and more wasteful spending where that came from.

We’re only three weeks in to this attempt to right the ship.

Things are looking better — but we’re not there, yet.

In fact, my guess is there are rocks ahead.  And it’s going to take a steady hand and determination to see this through once the democrats are able to catch their breath and attempt to weaponize the system as they have in the past.

Hopefully, this time, the rope they attempt to use for their traps will end up being just long enough to catch them in the act — with proof.

It’s time we started seeing more than line item deletions of the waste and fraud.

I’m ready to see prison time for those culpable for this crime against the American people, and I have a feeling we’re going to get to see that happen before all is said and done.
