JK Rowling Dismantles Pro-Trans Argument She Says Could Be The ‘Bats*** Take Of The Year’

Although author JK Rowling secured international fame for her series of “Harry Potter” books, she has faced mounting scorn from the far left over her supposedly transphobic opinion that biological males cannot become female simply through the act of announcing it.

In her newfound role as a public advocate for women, Rowling has also aimed her spotlight on those who seek to defend the transgender agenda at all costs — in some cases even by defending reprehensible acts committed by self-described trans individuals.

That mission led to her announcement that she might have found a comment that will go down as the “bats*** take of the year,” as the Daily Wire reported:

She shared a screenshot of just the text of the post — without displaying the person’s identity: “Has it ever occurred to you that by constantly suggesting that men get into women’s spaces to rape by wearing a dress and a wig that they might be following your suggestion? Your endless bulls*** harms both women and trans people.”

Rowling responded to the post, saying, “It’s only February, but this will take some beating at the 2025 Bats*** Take of the Year Awards. ‘It’s women’s fault if trans-identified men commit sexual assault in previously women-only spaces, because by saying that’s a thing that happens, women put the idea in men’s heads.’”

This was just one in a series of recent posts through which Rowling uses her considerable social media presence to counter the prevailing leftist view on the topic:

Last month, the author skewered leftists for dooming their own chances in the most recent U.S. election by prioritizing issues like transgenderism.

As Fox News reported at the time:

“A noisy part of the left still refuses to step outside their sex-is-a-social-construct bubble and acknowledge that their embrace of gender identity ideology has been a calamity,” author J. K. Rowling wrote in an X post Monday, responding to Scottish journalist Susan Dalgety, who had slammed “the left/progressives” for leaving it up to Trump to confirm the “material reality of sex.”

Rowling continued, “They were warned the right was capitalizing on their betrayal of women and girls. They didn’t listen.”

Trump signed an executive order Monday requiring that government entities use the term “sex” rather than “gender,” while mandating government-issued identifications such as passports and visas adhere to “an individual’s immutable biological classification as either male or female.”

During his inaugural address in the Capitol rotunda, Trump similarly stressed the “male and female” message as he laid out his vision for the next four years.

Here’s a clip of what Rowling had to say after stars of the “Harry Potter” film franchise spoke out against her views:
