With all that is happening in Europe, you would think the need to buck against a legitimate push for peace might take a backseat to a few higher priorities.
But apparently President Trump’s big moves and bold tactics in addressing the war in Ukraine is ruffling a few feathers among the upper crust of Europe’s leaders.
Top administration officials from the United States are preparing to sit down with their Russian counterparts in a serious bid to stop the fighting.
But instead of getting behind President Trump’s push, European leaders seem more fixated on continuing the status-quo of the conflict.
Or, at best, they are intent on pushing their own plans for Ukraine simply because they don’t like President Trump’s big decisive methodology.
And they are so concerned that President Trump might swoop in — as he has been known to do — with a solution, just as he said he would do, that President Macron of France is apparently convening what is being called an “emergency meeting” in Paris on Monday.
And the whole point of this ’emergency meeting’ is simply to discuss how the European leaders should respond to President Trump’s bold moves.

In fact, the European leaders even have a special name for President Trump’s style of negotiating.
The Polish Foreign Minister, Radoslaw Silorski, said they are calling it “razvedka boyem” — a Russian phrase that means “reconnaissance through battle”, according to a report by the New York Post:
French President Emmanuel Macron has summoned Europe’s leaders to Paris on Monday for an emergency summit, where President Trump will be on the agenda
Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski revealed Macron’s plans while attending the Munich Security Conference Saturday, Politico reported.
“I’m very glad that President Macron has called our leaders to Paris,” Sikorski said, adding he expects the European leaders to discuss, “in a very serious fashion,” the new Trump administration.
“President Trump has a method of operating which the Russians call razvedka boyem — reconnaissance through battle,” said Sikorski, according to Politico.
“You push and you see what happens, and then you change your position. … And we need to respond.”
It was unclear what time the meeting would occur on Monday.
Also unknown was which European Union leaders had been invited and which planned to attend.
As one X user has pointed out, the European leadership created this problem.
And now they are upset that President Trump is operating in good faith.
When he says he truly wants to bring about peace in Ukraine, that is exactly what he intends to do.
And it appears as though President Trump’s unwillingness to play ball with those culpable for the current mess has attracted just as much disdain from the European leaders as it did from those enemies “from within” here in the United States.
EU leaders are in panic! Emergency meeting in Paris, because the EU is kept out of the Ukraine Peace Resolution discussions 😂(the EU leaders did this to themselves, with all their warmongering!)👇https://t.co/APBSgb1USM

Check out this clip of the French English-language news channel completely panicking over the speed that President Trump is moving.
It almost sounds like the issue is that President Trump didn’t stop to ask the Europeans if he had their permission to work on ending the war in Ukraine.

As you could hear, the European media is largely taking the position that President Trump is attempting to “appease” Putin.
The UK Prime Minister is set to take part in the summit as well.
Though to hear the UK’s Keir Starmer describe the “emergency summit”, he is publicly saying that his intention is to keep the U.S. and Europe on the same page, according to a CNN report:
The continent has been scrambling to respond after US President Donald Trump announced negotiations would begin “immediately” on ending the conflict following a phone call with Russia’s Vladimir Putin, and Trump’s Russia-Ukraine envoy Keith Kellogg said Europe would not be involved.
UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer is due to take part in the summit in Paris, as he called it a “once in a generation” moment for national security.
“The UK will work to ensure we keep the US and Europe together,” Starmer was quoted as saying in a statement released by Downing Street on Saturday. “We cannot allow any divisions in the alliance to distract from the external enemies we face.”
Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski said on Saturday at the Munich Security Conference that French President Emmanuel Macron had called for a summit of European leaders in Paris.
France’s Elysee Paris, however, is yet to confirm the gathering, saying there are “ongoing discussions between European leaders” for a “possible informal meeting.”
The UK confirmation of the emergency summit follows US President Donald Trump and his top officials upending in recent days what had largely been a united front between Washington and its European NATO allies on supporting Ukraine against Russia’s invasion, which is nearing its third anniversary.
Trump spoke with both Russian leader Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky last week, while his top administration officials visited Europe and presented elements of a vision for ending the war that appeared to allow for key concessions to Russia and raised fears that Ukraine could be marginalized and Europe left out of peacemaking.
Also of note, the EU commissioner for Foreign Affairs and Security, Kaja Kallas”, has been extremely vocal in speaking out against President Trump’s engagement of Putin.
Listen to this clip as she’s directly questioned about President Trump’s unilateral peace negotiations with Putin:
Listen to this madwoman.
Failed Estonian politician, and now EU commissioner for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas says that “any agreement without Europe will fail”

She also posted this to her own X account, just before the NATO summit this past weekend.
We shouldn't take anything off the table before the negotiations have even started.
It is clear that any deal behind our backs will not work.

You might think, using her logic, that the Europeans could agree on an outcome… and that would be enough to bring it about.
Three years of warfighting on the European continent would seem to counter her point.
And here’s Kaja Kallas posing for a pic with Alex Soros.

Surely the Soros family isn’t involved in maintaining the unending wars in order to foment uncertainty, chaos, and keep the money printing moving at turbo speed — right?
Here’s the Greek to English Google translation of that post:
Kaja Kallas, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, with George Soros’ son.
Everything has its explanation
When President Trump won the election 3 months ago, Macron was one of the first foreign leaders to congratulate him.
In fact, he specifically talked about the “solidarity” and work the two had done together during his first term, as Fox News reported:
Macron has been cordial to Trump since the Republican was elected in November. In an X post, the French leader expressed a willingness to work with the president-elect.
“Congratulations, President @realDonaldTrump,” Macron’s post read. “Ready to work together as we did for four years. With your convictions and mine. With respect and ambition. For more peace and prosperity.”
In December, when Trump visited Paris to witness the reopening of the Notre Dame Cathedral, Macron said it was “an honor” to host him.
“It’s a great honor for French people to welcome you five years later,” Macron said of Trump. “And you were, at that time, president for the first time. And I remember the solidarity and your immediate action. So, welcome back again. We are very happy to have you here.”
In hindsight, it certainly appears as though Macron was familiar enough with President Trump’s focus to know that he wasn’t going to simply “go along to get along”.
He won an election on a few simple promises, one of which was to end the war between Russia and Ukraine.
It is a naïve thought to imagine that everyone wants that war to end.
A lot of money is yet to be made off the conflict, with nations all over the planet — the United States chief among them — having sent ungodly amounts of money in the name of defending Europe against Russian aggression.
I’m not fan of Russia, as it is led by Putin — but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know this war was not simply a madman on a mission to expand his territory.
Europe, and the former U.S. administration, couldn’t have done more to create this conflict if they’d tried — which seems obvious that they did.
And now, as President Trump, independent from ties to the global cabal, is attempting to bring the war to an end… how funny that the European leaders are the ones moaning and complaining.
You might get the impression they don’t actually want the war to end.
Unfortunately for them, and fortunately for your average European, President Trump has more leadership swagger and knows how to leverage a bargain.
Otherwise, the war between Russian and Ukraine would probably dance on and on until a decade or more had passed.
Or, worse, someone finally started popping off nukes.
Something tells me the Europeans will have their Paris pow-wow, and then issue a joint statement calling for their place at the bargaining table.
But at the end of the day, Europe will almost certainly not be the pivotal player that brings the Russia-Ukraine war to an end.
That will take real leadership, and Europe has already proven devoid of anything resembling that sort of thing.
While the European “leadership” is holding meetings to talk about how frustrating it is that President Trump is getting things done without pretending the Europeans had anything to do with it…
President Trump is likely only days away from ending the current fighting.
That is, if he can keep the Europeans from sabotaging his efforts.
