Elon Musk Has a New 13th Child

When Department of Government Efficiency leader Elon Musk appeared in the Oval Office alongside President Donald Trump recently, it was the billionaire’s 4-year-old son who stole the spotlight:

But Musk, who has long advocated for an increase in the fertility rate, has many other children who weren’t present at the White House.

Following an announcement this week from conservative commentator Ashley St. Clair, it appears that little X has at least a dozen siblings.

The New York Post was among the many news outlets that reported the breaking news:

The DOGE chief, who follows St. Clair on the platform, posted several times on other subjects in the hour after she made her surprise announcement.

In a subsequent tweet three hours later, St. Clair thanked supporters and said she was going to log off the platform.

“In all sincerity, appreciate the kind words. Wish I did not feel the need to make a statement. Kids should be off limits for journalists,” she wrote.

“Will be spending time with my family & logging off for a while.”

If confirmed, the baby would be Musk’s 13th child with four different women.

Although both St. Clair and Musk received some criticism from both sides of the political spectrum, a number of other social media defended them:

Forbes followed up hours after St. Clair’s post:

Musk, a prolific poster on X, made dozens of posts after St. Clair’s announcement, none of which directly addressed her claim—though he responded with a laughing emoji to one poster who joked that “make another baby” was one of Musk’s many “side quests,” alongside founding various companies and acquiring Twitter.

St. Clair said in her Friday night post she had not previously disclosed that Musk is allegedly her child’s father to protect the child’s privacy, but she said she made the announcement because “tabloid media” intended to report on it.

Other conservative activists, including Candace Owens and former Rep. Matt Gaetz, congratulated St. Clair on X.

And now for the most asked question on this topic: what is the child’s name???

Inquiring minds want to know…but it has not been publicly announced.

Here’s some additional coverage of the announcement:

And here are some of Musk’s previous statements on his concern about population decline:
