Border Czar Tom Homan isn’t fooling around.
In an appearance on Fox News, he discussed far-left Democrat House Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s recent webinar where she attempted to help illegal aliens resist ICE raids.
Home told Laura Ingraham that he has sent a letter to the deputy attorney general to find out if AOC was indeed impeding law enforcement efforts here.
And, if so, Homan says AOC may face legal trouble.
“Is she crossing the line? Where’s that line that they crossed, so maybe AOC is going to be in trouble or not? But I need the AG to opine on that,” Homan stated.
Watch Homan’s response:
Holy shit… Tom Homan sent an email today to the Deputy Attorney General about the webinar where AOC tried to help illegal aliens avoid deportation/detention!
If she broke the law, LOCK HER UP! Nobody is above the law, right?
"At what level is this impediment?"

🚨🇺🇸 HOMAN: AOC MAY BE IN TROUBLE—WE’RE DONE PLAYING GAMES
“I’m working with the DOJ to find out where the line was crossed.
Maybe AOC is going to be in trouble now, but I need the AG to opine on that.
Impediment is impediment, in my opinion.

During her webinar, AOC called for people to “resist” ICE efforts to arrest and deport criminal illegal immigrants in their local areas.
Here’s that clip:
JUST IN: AOC calls on her followers to “resist” and “create friction in the system” to make sure they are “slowing down this system” regarding ICE raids.
Is this impeding ICE operations @RealTomHoman?
She should face prosecution by the DOJ. pic.twitter.com/nRP9IpfYUC

From AL:
The congresswoman was responding to Homan’s appearance on Fox News, where the border czar said he’s seeking guidance on the legality of the webinar.
“I sent a letter today to the deputy attorney general. At what level is that impediment? Is that impediment? I’m not an attorney, I’m not a prosecutor. Is that impeding our law enforcement efforts? If so, what are we going to do about it?,” Homan told Fox News’ Laura Ingraham.
During the webinar, Ocasio-Cortez reportedly told participants, “When one of these things [raids] comes to your backyard, you can resist, and when that happens over millions of people, is that you generate enough friction that they cannot go as fast as they want to go.”
AOC responded to Homan’s warning in a post on X…by telling him to read the Constitution (yes, really):
"MaYbe shE's goiNg to be in TroUble nOw"
Maybe he can learn to read. The Constitution would be a good place to start https://t.co/vQ69UDyQnT

Excuse me?
Am I missing something here?
Where in the Constitution does it permit helping criminal illegal aliens avoid deportation?
Maybe AOC should take her own advice and read the Constitution herself…
Do you know what the constitution says? Maybe reading it and understanding it will help you keep your job. You work for the people and not the other way around.

No ma’am. I think maybe you should. Where in the Constitution does it enshrine the right for you, a sitting U.S. Congresswoman, to teach people here illegally how to avoid ICE? Could you point that out for me?

8 U.S.C. § 1324(a) (1) (C): Prohibits the concealment, harboring, or shielding from detection of aliens in the U.S. who are known or suspected to be here illegally.
It is a federal crime.

Aiding and abetting criminal illegal aliens is nowhere in the Constitution, madam bartender.
