A United Airlines regional jet slid off the taxiway after arriving at the St. Louis Lambert International Airport on Wednesday.
“GoJet Airlines has confirmed the safe handling of passengers post-incident as the carrier operated United Express CRJ550 (N549GJ) did a runway excursion during landing in snowy conditions. At St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL), the GoJet Airlines, which had just arrived from the Washington Dulles International Airport, skidded off the taxiway after landing on Runway 11-29 around 10:50 a.m. on Wednesday,” FL360aero wrote.
“The plane, carrying 27 passengers and crew, came to a rest in a grassy area. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported, and all the passengers were safely evacuated,” it added.

Per CNN:
While there are no official reports as of Wednesday evening, “weather conditions, specifically icy taxiways, were the probable cause,” GoJet Airlines spokesperson Elizabeth Dray said in a statement to CNN on Wednesday.
All scheduled flights have been removed from the aircraft and reassigned to another one, the release stated.
The Federal Aviation Administration said it will investigate the incident.

St. Louis Lambert International Airport reported that a plane went off the taxiway when arriving at the airport Wednesday.
According to a release by Lambert Airport, on Wednesday, a United Regional Jet operated by GoJet Airlines departed from Washington Dulles International Airport and arrived at Lambert Airport at around 10:50 a.m. The plane, which had 27 on board, including crew, went into a section of grass after landing on Lambert Runway 11-29.
All passengers were offloaded onto airport air buses and taken to Concourse A.
