President Trump Joined By Elon Musk As He Signs EO REQUIRING Federal Agencies to Work With DOGE

In a historic press conference in the Oval Office on Tuesday, President Trump was joined by Elon Musk and his son, ‘Lil X.’

During the session, President Trump signed an Executive Order that mandates federal agencies work with DOGE to cut staff and reduce government spending.

The Executive Order, titled “Implementing the President’s ‘Department of Government Efficiency’ Workforce Optimization Initiative,” comes in response to recent rulings from federal judges who are doing everything they can to prevent DOGE from carrying out their mandate to rid the government of bloat and corruption.

President Donald Trump on Tuesday signed an executive order that calls on federal agencies to work with the U.S. DOGE Service in a bid to cut their existing workforce and limit future hiring. Ahead of the signing, Trump was joined in the Oval Office by Elon Musk, his billionaire ally who is overseeing DOGE, an agency that Trump has empowered to find government inefficiencies.

Fox News reported on more details of the executive order:

President Donald Trump signed an executive order Tuesday instructing the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to coordinate with federal agencies and execute massive cuts in federal government staffing numbers.

The order will instruct DOGE and federal agencies to work together to “significantly” shrink the size of the federal government and limit hiring new employees, according to a White House fact sheet on the order. Specifically, agencies must not hire more than one employee for every four that leave their federal post.

Agencies will also be instructed to “undertake plans for large-scale reductions in force” and evaluate ways to eliminate or combine agency functions that aren’t legally required.

DOGE Chair Elon Musk, the CEO of SpaceX and Tesla, told reporters Tuesday in the Oval Office that the American people voted for “major” government reform and that the Trump administration would deliver.

Trump voiced similar sentiments about providing voters what they wanted – to tackle “all of this “horrible stuff going on” – and told reporters that he hoped the court system would cooperate.

“I hope that the court system is going to allow us to do what we have to do,” Trump said, who also said he would always abide by a court’s ruling but will be prepared to appeal.

What a great move.

With this Executive Order, President Trump has made it very clear that any attempts to keep DOGE from fulfilling their directive will not be tolerated.

Instead, federal agencies will need to work with them to cull the government of waste and corruption.

And, there’s plenty of it to be eliminated. In fact, President Trump says there’s “billions and billions of dollars in waste, fraud, and abuse.”

During the press conference, Elon Musk also pointed out several specific examples of fraudulent and wasteful government spending.

You know, like the fact that there are several 150-year-olds currently collecting Social Security benefits…

Everything DOGE has uncovered so far has Democrats freaking out.

When you put it all together, it’s no surprise that Democrats and corrupt judges are trying to get in DOGE’s way.

But, this press conference definitely sent a message: there’s no stopping us…
