President Trump just signed an executive order to establish the White House Faith Office.
The office will be dedicated to empowering religious organizations and protect religious liberties.
It will also work together with Attorney General Pam Bondi to combat anti-Christian bias.
The formation of the Faith Office comes just one day after President Trump signed an Executive Order to create a Task Force to End the War on Christians, aimed at ending the “anti-Christian weaponization” in the federal government.

Fox News reported:
President Donald Trump is expected to sign an executive order establishing a White House Faith Office on Friday.
The new office will “empower faith-based entities, community organizations, and houses of worship to better serve families and communities,” according to a fact sheet obtained by Fox News.
The office will be housed under the Domestic Policy Council and will consult experts in the faith community on policy changes to “better align with American values.”
The office plans to coordinate with other agencies on training for religious liberty and on elevating grant opportunities for non-profit faith-based entities, community organizations and houses of worship. It will also collaborate with the Department of Justice on identifying constitutional religious liberty protections.
President Trump appointed Pastor Paula White-Cain to head the new office.
Pastor Paula posted on X to say that she is excited to work with AG Pam Pondi to protect religious liberties in the nation:
I have been appointed to lead the White House Faith Office. The office will work alongside Attorney General Pam Bondi to combat discrimination against Christians in federal institutions and ensure religious liberties are upheld across the country! pic.twitter.com/ifLFXyPvhn

She also called for us to remain in prayer for our nation and President Trump:

Prayers are being answered and God is moving in America. YOUR prayers matter, But we MUST remain in prayer! Pray for our nation, our President, The White House Faith… pic.twitter.com/WwWT6r9Uq1

However, the appointment of Pastor Paula White-Cain is stirring up waves on social media, due to some of her controversial beliefs in ‘prosperity gospel’ and because she has been embroiled in several notable scandals.
Some members of MAGA are calling her appointment a mistake and labeling Paula a false teacher.
Take a look at some of these responses:
This is an abomination. Paula White, head of Trump’s White House Faith Office, is no Christian leader. She preaches the heresies of Word of Faith & Prosperity Gospel, both utterly opposed to authentic Christianity. Worse, she has lived a life of scandal, with multiple husbands,… pic.twitter.com/j2Xw9tiGlD

It is this Administration’s largest mistake.
Respectfully, you should decline the appointment. Your association with this administration only brings shame and embarrassment.
If you admire Trump and genuinely want him to succeed, decline. @MELANIATRUMP

Newsweek has more details on Paula White-Cain’s background:
Pastor Paula White-Cain, the president’s chair of the evangelical advisory board during his 2016 campaign, has been appointed to lead the White House Faith Office…
White-Cain was born in Mississippi and grew up in Maryland following her mother’s marriage to a two-star admiral in the United States Navy.
ADVERTISEMENTWhile living in Maryland, she converted to Christianity at the Damascus Church of God. She has said she received a vision from God at that time.
White-Cain is a proponent of the prosperity theology, which is centered around financial and physical well-being being done through the will of God. The Charismatic Christians believe that by giving to charity, their own material wealth will rise as well.
She has been criticized for some of her beliefs, however. In 2020 she prayed for the miscarriage of “all Satanic pregnancies” and she also embraced an anti-Black Lives Matter stance. Christian rapper Shai Linne called her out in the song “Fal$e Teacher$”
White-Cain’s first marriage was to a local musician while she was a teenager. The two had a child named Bradley Knight but divorced four years into their marriage.
She married Randy White and they founded the Tampa Christian Center in 1991 in Tampa, Florida. A Senate report found that the couple had used tax-exempt ministry money to pay for a private jet, salaries to family members and nearly $900,000 for a waterfront mansion.
White-Cain became the senior pastor in 2009 and replaced her then-former husband when he stepped down. Two years later, in 2011, White-Cain became the senior pastor of Without Walls Central Church as well.
She recorded broadcasts of Paula White Today, starting in 2001 and then on television networks by 2006. Trump appeared on her show, and White-Cain—who has owned a condo in Trump Tower for 20 years—was credited by James Dobson for converting Trump to Christianity.
In 2011, White-Cain became the senior pastor at the New Destiny Christian Church in Apopka, Florida. She stepped down in 2019, and her son and his wife became the new senior pastors.
In 2015, White-Cain got married for the third time, this time to Journey’s keyboard and guitarist Jonathan Cain. It was also Cain’s third marriage.
What are your thoughts?
I think this X user makes a solid point:
President Trump appoints Paula White to lead the White House Faith Office. She’ll work with Pam Bondi to fight bigoted persecution against Christians in America, something that’s long overdue.
Some criticize Paula as a prosperity-gospel fraud (and who can really be a pastor if… https://t.co/Be3xBKFLxg
