Many pundits on both sides of the aisle considered the past four years to be a de facto continuation of the Obama administration.
Therefore, it might not have been surprising to learn that Biden also followed in Obama’s footsteps upon leaving the White House. He wasted no time signing with the same Hollywood talent agency that represents his former boss.

President Donald Trump, who just so happened to succeed both of them in office, had an incredulous take to Biden’s pursuit of a Hollywood payout.
As Fox News reported:
“You’ve got to be kidding,” Trump said while shaking his head after a reporter’s question. “He signed with a talent agency?
“I think he’s got much bigger problems than that, but I wish him well,” Trump added.
Trump then said his administration “inherited a mess” from Biden’s tenure in the White House.
“This place is a mess,” he said. “But it’s quickly being solved, the problem. We’re going to make America great again.”
Trump wasn’t the only one with a notable reaction to the news:
So Biden is gonna be a big Hollywood star?

Biden joins a hollywood talent agency. Same one as the Obama's.
We all know he's not gonna star in movies but we all know movie productions are a way to launder money.

Biden has signed on with Creative Artists Agency (CAA). CAA states that Biden is “one of the most respected and influential in national and global affairs”. This is just one reason I rarely watch any movies, ect from Hollywood now. What’s your opinion? pic.twitter.com/oaH424kwCI

CBS News provided additional details about Biden’s deal:
The Hollywood Reporter notes that Lovett and fellow co-chairs Bryan Lourd and Kevin Huvane were among Hollywood’s prominent backers of Biden and Kamala Harris in the recently concluded election, along with other Democratic candidates.
Biden published his memoir, “Promise Me, Dad,” and launched a book tour that sold more than 85,000 tickets nationwide during his previous stint with CAA, the agency said.
One of the world’s largest talent agencies, CAA’s roster ranges from actor Meryl Streep and lifestyle mogul Martha Stewart to Japanese baseball superstar Shohei Ohtani.
