Bernie Sanders is just a friend of the little guy, right?
He hates all those evil Millionaires and Billionaires, right?
Sure.
Except when they’re donating to his campaign, then it’s perfectly fine.
He especially seems to like that Big Pharma money, oh it’s so tasty, right Bernie? 😋
In yet another perfect example of the Streisand Effect, or perhaps the Trump Boomerang Effect, or perhaps a combination of the two, all of this is now coming to light after a holier-than-thou Bernie Sanders relentlessly attacked RFK Jr. during his Senate Confirmation Hearing.
A disheveled career politician who has never had any success in the real world outside of sucking of the teet of Congress and the American taxpayer, Bernie Sanders, relentlessly attacked a fit, successful RFK Jr. who simply wants to make America Healthy again.
Why?
Well, as one person so perfectly put it, the hostility shown to RFK Jr. seems to be perfectly proportionate to how much Big Pharma money each Senator has raked in:
STFU Bernie, you commie bustard. pic.twitter.com/C8MD1INPc5

Bernie knew the hearing went very badly for him, so he tried to put out this post:
The fact that he made this post…
Everybody knows dude… pic.twitter.com/PLvl5CySEV

That post was immediately dissected and ripped apart for the obvious attempt to fool the public.
Do you think we’re dumb, Bernie?
He must.
No one ever said you got all your money only from the CEOs Bernie, that would be incredibly stupid. I don’t think it was $0, but I do think it was an extremely small amount, because of course it is. That’s not how the system works.
No, the money likely came in from multiple C-suite executives, not just the CEOs, and it also probably came from the companies themselves or the likely endless NGOs an non-profits and PACs and all sorts of other groups that are set up FOR THE VERY PURPOSE of obfuscating where the money comes from!
Come on Bernie, we all know that!
But in general, did the money come from the Big Pharma industry?
Oh yes, almost certainly so — big amounts.
This was brilliant:
What does it feel like to be proven liar before all of America @BernieSanders?
Within a minute, it went from “I did not take a penny from pharma executives” to “it was only $1.5 million out of $200 million”.
Incidentally, you are a liar. You did take money from executives. Here… pic.twitter.com/vLhZnTWyta

Then we also had this:
Let’s see who questioned RFK Jr. yesterday:
▪️ Sen. Raphael Warnock has over $5 million in campaign funds, received more than $220,000 from health professionals and public officials since 2021, and took over $850,000 from pharmaceutical and health product interest groups in the… pic.twitter.com/GaBkjpiUxS
— Noah Christopher (@DailyNoahNews) January 30, 2025
This account claims the money is actually much higher than most reports, claiming it is in the 8-figures:
Over the last few days the public has become aware @SenSanders took 1.5 million from Big Pharma and others like @SenWarren took over a million.
This is incorrect.
The Dems attacking RFK are actually getting 7 times what's being reported.
This is the complete chart which… pic.twitter.com/dKQ0JfQQFk

I cannot independently verify those figures, but they claim to be from OpenSecrets.org.
Here is a closer look:
I did ask Grok how much money has Bernie Sanders received from the pharmaceutical industry, and this is what it told me:
Bernie Sanders has received significant amounts from individuals associated with the pharmaceutical industry, though the specifics of these contributions are nuanced. According to various sources, during his 2020 presidential campaign, he received approximately $1.4 million from donors connected to the pharmaceutical and health products industries. This figure positions him as the highest recipient of such donations among sitting members of Congress for that election cycle. However, it’s important to clarify that these contributions largely came from individual employees of pharmaceutical companies rather than from the companies themselves or their PACs. Sanders has consistently pledged not to accept contributions from pharmaceutical or health insurance company executives, lobbyists, or PACs, focusing instead on small donations from rank-and-file workers.
But hey, let’s be clear about one thing….
Bernie Sanders does not take money ONLY from the Big Pharma Millionaires and Billionaires.
No.
Bernie is an equal opportunity employer when it comes to accepting donations, he’ll take them from any Big Business he can get!
Yes, I do realize how incredibly hypocritical this all sounds given that he’s the guy who hates the big, bad millionaires and billionaires, and yes I also realize that the fact Bernie owns three homes worth an estimated $1.7 million also seems wildly hypocritical, but hey I don’t make the rules!
Here is an expanded list of all the Big Business money Bernie Sanders loves to slither up! 😋
Mmmm, it’s just so tasty, isn’t it Bernie?
Just for fun, I went to look at the biggest corporate contributors to Bernie Sanders 2020 presidential campaign.
And his expenditures.
I was curious to see how he burned through $200 million.
Holy crap, thanks for bringing our attention to this Bernie.
Turns out he’s not just… https://t.co/nuTbMfdn9c pic.twitter.com/nYCzWNW1Pk

Ultimately, I want to end this article here, with this….
While I don’t hold out much hope that Bernie Sanders will suddenly develop good ethics, moral character or common sense, if he did he would immediately endorse and vote for Tulsi Gabbard’s confirmation.
Remember this?
Absolutely https://t.co/N2CQVBAcnh
