Model ‘Canceled’ For Supporting MAGA Says ‘Naysayers Are Quiet’ Since President Trump Entered Office

President Donald Trump’s massive wave of support ahead of Election Day represented a cross-section of the American population, with massive gains over his prior two campaigns in almost every demographic imaginable.

But when many high-profile individuals came forward to announce their support of Trump and his Make America Great Again movement, their fans and colleagues often turned against them.

Amber Rose, a model and actress who was among Trump’s most vocal celebrity supporters, addressed the leftist backlash she received, noting that the haters have grown suspiciously silent in the days since the inauguration.

According to Fox News:

“During the election, I was ‘canceled,’” Rose told Maxim, as the magazine’s February cover star. “Now? All the naysayers are quiet. They see he’s already changing our country for the better.”

At the Republican National Convention this summer, Rose said she would not be silenced.

“I let go of my fear or judgment of being misunderstood, of getting attacked by the left, and I put the red hat on,” she told attendees. “The left told me to hate Trump. And even worse, to hate the other side: the people who support him.”

“Unfortunately, the ‘woke’ left cancels people for having a different ideology,” she told Maxim. “Fortunately for me, I don’t give a f— and will always stand 10 toes down until the wheels fall off, regardless of what my beliefs may be. I used to be on the left and thought I was doing the right thing. That’s why it’s so important to have open conversations.”

“On the left, there’s no objective truth. It’s only about feelings,” she stated.

Rose’s public support of the Trump campaign was easy to spot throughout the election season:

Newsweek covered the backlash she received for her Trump endorsement:

Rose sparked fury in May when she posted a photo of herself with Trump and his wife, Melania Trump, at a black-tie event. Rose captioned the Instagram photo “Trump 2024.” She later joined a coalition called “Black Americans for Trump.”

The model revealed it was her ex-husband, rapper Wiz Khalifa, that convinced her to post the photo because she had been “living a lie” by not revealing her political leanings.

“I’m so unhappy, I’m starting to hate everyone and I was never like that… and I just want to be me,” she said. “I’m kind of really into it [MAGA] and he’s like, ‘do that.’ And he put a battery in my back and I was like, ‘all right, I’m gonna do it.'”

Rose also explained that she rarely got into spats online with trolls but was sick of people speaking about her and making assumptions.
