BREAKING: Man Arrested, Admits Why He (Allegedly?) Pushed Woman Into Oncoming Subway Train

It feels to me like this happened weeks ago, but multiple news reports out today say a woman was pushed Monday morning into the side of a moving subway train as it entered the 168th Street Station near St. Nicholas Avenue in Washington Heights.

Fox 5 New York reported that the 23-year-old faced injuries to the face, hands, knees, and shoulders after hitting the side of the train and bouncing off.

She is lucky to be alive.

“The victim told PIX11 News she was pushed out of nowhere. She said it’s been one of the worst days of her life,” PIX11 reported.

ONE OF the worst days in her life?

I’m not sure how being pushed into an oncoming subway train is not hands down the number one worst day in your life, but I’m just glad she’s survived and is healing.

Now today we have an arrest.

The suspect was identified as 26-year-old Markeese Bazelis, a likely homeless black man. He faces charges of assault, intent to cause serious injury and reckless endangerment, per Fox News.

I suppose we also still have to call him the “suspect” and use the word “allegedly” because he has not yet been found guilty, although he seems to have admitted to the crime according to reports and video out today.

Because when you explain “why” you did something, aren’t you pretty much admitting that you did it?

According to reports out this morning and to video of the “suspect” himself, he claims he did it because he “heard voices”:

From Fox5:

Who is the suspected attacker?
What we know:
The suspected subway shover was identified as 26-year-old Markeese Bazelis.

Bazelis has been charged with assault, intent to cause serious injury and reckless endangerment, police said.

Police said he was originally from New Jersey, but now appears to be homeless.

What we don’t know:
Right now we don’t know the name of the woman who was pushed. It’s also unclear whether the victim had an encounter with her attacker before being shoved.

And from local WPIX:

Witnesses photographed the suspect, and he was later taken into custody at the 181st Street station, police said. Brazelis was charged with assault and reckless endangerment, police said.

Brazelis was surrounded by news reporters when he was escorted by NYPD officers and put in the back of a police vehicle Monday evening. When asked by PIX11 News why he would push someone into a subway train, Brazelis said he was hearing “voices.”

Brazelis has been arrested two times before, once charged with sexual abuse, court records show. Brazelis allegedly grabbed a woman’s buttocks on a C train, sources told PIX11 News. Brazelis was also charged with trespassing after allegedly walking on the subway tracks, sources said.

For the record, this is EXACTLY the type of person President Trump was talking about yesterday:

President Trump Just Announced New Plan To DEPORT US Citizens! Let Me Explain…

President Trump Just Announced New Plan To DEPORT US Citizens! Let Me Explain...

This is definitely going to cause some controversy, but I absolutely LOVE it!

President Trump sure does know how to get attention, and he also knows how to advance ideas that might sound crazy at first but then start to make a lot of sense once you start to think them over.

It's the old "shoot for the moon, and even if you miss you'd end up among the stars" kind of theory, and President Trump is the master of it.

With ICE raids ramping up, and President Trump absolutely honoring his campaign promises to deport all illegal migrants, especially the violent ones, President Trump just "shot for the moon" and reframed the conversation in a huge new direction that makes the ICE raids seem boring in comparison: he just suggested deporting US Citizens!

Stay with me....

Speaking only of the worst of the worst, and serial repeat offenders, President Trump just expressed his desire to deport them, get them the Hell out of our country!

Continue to stay with me....

He gave examples which I think totally frame the issue and make it seem not only reasonable but something I'd like to stand up and cheer for!

He talks about people who have been arrested 35 or 40 times....

He's talking about the man who pushed the person into the oncoming Subway car the other week ago...

Or the man who lit the woman on fire on the Subway....

Or the people who randomly hit elderly women in the head with a baseball bat openly out on the streets....

THOSE kind of people.

And you know what?

I support it 100%!

In fact, he's more charitable than I have been.

As I've seen these senseless crimes like pushing someone into an oncoming subway train, I have said we need to simply have the death penalty.

These are people who, for whatever reason, have proven they are unable to live in society with other human beings, so I believe the death penalty is warranted in removing them from the face of the Earth.

President Trump is more charitable than I am, but I completely support deporting them to a foreign country and getting them the Hell out of the United States!

FULL TRANSCRIPT:

They're very dangerous people. They're violent people. I used to say these are more violent than our criminals. In fact, the best part about them is they make our criminals look quite nice, actually, by comparison.

They are very violent people. We also have many violent criminals in our country, however, that did not necessarily come here illegally but have been arrested 30 times, 35 times, 41, 42 times in a couple of cases—25 times, 18 times. Many for murder and other heinous charges, such as pushing people into subways.

As the train's coming along at 45 miles an hour—boom—you get pushed into the subway. They had it last week. Getting them in the head with baseball bats while they're not looking. Punching old ladies in the face, knocking them unconscious, and stealing their purse.

They even break into apartments and rape elderly women and beat up elderly men—beat them to hell. And I don't want these violent repeat offenders in our country any more than I want illegal aliens from other countries who misbehave.

And I say—and this is subject to getting it approved—but if they've been arrested many, many times, they're repeat offenders by many numbers, I want them out of our country. I also will be seeking permission to do so.

We're going to get approval, hopefully, to get them the hell out of our country along with others. Let them be brought to a foreign land and maintained by others for a very small fee, as opposed to being maintained in our jails for massive amounts of money, including the private prison companies that charge us a fortune.

Now, let them be brought out of our country and let them live there for a while. Let's see how they like it. You'll see crime all over the country dry up.

Essentially, that's what Venezuela and other countries are doing. They're getting rid of their criminals and putting them into the United States of America, and their crime is down by almost 80 percent.

We're going to restore law and order in America, and we want to bring back the death penalty for these horrible people that kill people. They kill people.

It's always a tough thing to say because I don't like it. Nobody likes it. But if you don't do it, we're just looking for...

Good idea?
