Joe Biden made a lot of very curious moves in the final waning hours of his Presidency.
One was pardoning large portions of his family:
Critics Bombard Biden After He Pardons His Siblings, In-Laws Just Minutes Before Leaving Office
But another one hasn't quite received much attention yet, so I wanted to cover it.
On his way out the door, "Joe Biden" (which I put in quotes because it's clear he's not signing or even understanding his own Executive Orders) signed a new Executive Order effectively repealing large portions of Executive Order 13961.
So what, you might ask....
Well, it's actually a really fascinating thing, allow me to explain.
First, let's understand what Executive Order 13961 is all about.
You can see the full text here if you like, I always like to go to the original source first: https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2020/12/10/2020-27353/governance-and-integration-of-federal-mission-resilience
But since I'm guessing you might not have the time or inclination to read the full thing, let me summarize what it does and why it's so closely associated with the concept of "Devolution" or basically maintaining continuity of Government in the event there were to be an overthrow attempt (i.e. a stolen 2020 election per chance?).
ChatGPT, which typically leans left, confirms Executive Order 13961 is indeed often closely associated with the concept of "Devolution" though not explicitly using that word:
It's officially titled: "Governance and Integration of Federal Mission Resilience" which many believe is a fancy way of saying "Devolution".
But I actually think Grok does a much better job explaining how this Executive Order is very closely tied to the idea of Devolution:
Ok, so now that you have that background, let's advance the story....
What did Joe Biden think was important enough to do on his last few hours in office?
Revoke EO 13961.
Strange thing to be focused on, don't you think?
Holy Fucking Shit...
On the eve of Trump's inauguration, Joe Biden issues a partial revocation of EO 13961...
🤯
For those who don't know, EO 13961 is what I call the "Devo EO," the most significant EO from the Devolution series.

Strange, unless.....unless the mission was over?
Unless this was all perfectly timed and choreographed down to the very last hours and minutes?
You have to admit, the timing is wild!
Joe Biden did not see fit to address this his entire 4 years in office but has to do so in the waning hours and minutes of his time in office?
Really?

Look, I'm not telling you what to think or believe, but I do find this to be absolutely wild timing.
