One of the most controversial ‘art’ collections in modern times is now being reported as destroyed in the ongoing catastrophic LA fires of 2025.
Hunter Biden’s collection of more than 200 of his own artworks, allegedly destroyed in the fire, was apparently being stored in the area not far from his rented house and another home owned by his attorney.
While there seems to be conflicting reports as to whether or not Hunter’s house was still intact after the fire passed by, there also seems to be no certainty as to where exactly the artwork was being stored.
Just after the fires broke out, Joe Biden interrupted a press conference at a Santa Monica fire station alongside Gavin Newsom to tell everyone the ‘good news’ — he had just become a great-grandfather, and apparently Hunter’s house had NOT been destroyed by the fire.
Watch the clip here:
As stated, there doesn’t seem to be an certainty being reported as to the exact location of the 200 pieces of artwork; whether they were in Hunter’s house, his lawyer’s house (which has been confirmed still intact), or somewhere else “nearby”.
After Joe Biden was caught on national television announcing that Hunter’s house had apparently made it through the blaze, there may be even more questions about the “destroyed” artwork if they were known to be stored there.
The lawyer, Kevin Morris, has long been embroiled in the controversy surrounding Hunter’s art.
He reportedly loaned Hunter $5 Million for a tax bill, and actually purchased one of the pieces for a whopping $875,000 according to a report in the New York Post:
A trove of nearly 200 artworks by Hunter Biden has been destroyed — one of the casualties of the wildfires ravaging Los Angeles, The Post has learned.
The controversial art had been in storage near the Pacific Palisades home of Hunter’s Hollywood attorney Kevin Morris and is valued at “millions of dollars,” a source close to the Biden family said.
Morris, who loaned the first son nearly $5 million to help pay a tax bill and has been financing a documentary on him, lives in a sprawling five-bedroom, six-bathroom home which is among the few houses still intact in the posh neighborhood, The Post can confirm.
Last week, as the fires began to rage, President Biden said his son’s home in nearby Malibu may still be intact. “Today, it appears that it’s still standing. They’re not sure.”
Morris bought $875,000 worth of Hunter’s artworks via Berges, many of them of flowers on Japanese paper, he said.
Cabot Phillips of the Daily Wire didn’t mention insurance money in his post, but he must have been thinking the same thing I was when I first heard that the artwork was being reported as destroyed.
The paintings were only "worth millions" when Biden was in office and buying Hunter's artwork was the way to buy influence with Joe https://t.co/sLRg3CB8Vq

It is not uncommon in rural areas to see some tractor-drawn implement sitting out in a pasture, burned to a crisp.
Sometimes… things happen. Fires just break out.
But sometimes a farmer is down on his luck and realizes the insurance money on that $100k hay baler is going to go a lot further than his ill-producing hay meadow for the year.
I’m not saying it’s right, but it happens. And if it happens to hay balers in hay meadows, it can certainly happen to crappy (pun intended) artwork just days before his influential father loses all his valuable influence.
Of course, maybe they really were worth millions, but I doubt it. I tend to agree with the likes of Lee who gave his best assessment of the true worth of Hunter’s art:
😂😂😂😂
The only way Hunter Biden's artwork was worth millions, is if he swapped his medium from crap to cocaine!! #LAfires https://t.co/i143hewTDI— Lee (@ozmerica) January 15, 2025
There is some evidence circulating that Hunter’s house was actually destroyed.
Photos allegedly reveal that the home was completely leveled after the fire, including the art studio, according to a video report from OneIndia:
Though many of the pieces reportedly sold for ungodly amounts, the collection was often linked to presidential appointments and access to his father in allegations of corruption.
But we’re talking about the Biden family here, so that should come as no surprise.
One person familiar with the world of art, Ward Clark, shared the following take on Hunter’s so-called artwork, according to his article for Red State:
The art was controversial, of course, because there is nowhere in the sane universe where Hunter’s daubs would be worth more than one might pay for a tuna melt. I’m not an artist, nor do I play one on television. But my father was a Midwestern artist of some renown for several decades, with his own spot in the Iowa Capitol building where one of his paintings was always on display, and he was the president of the Eastern Iowa Arts Council for some years, so I think I have a decent idea what “art” is.
Hunter Biden’s daubs cannot honestly be valued at “millions of dollars.”
As I mentioned, Hunter Biden’s art career is one of the most transparently obvious money-laundering schemes ever hatched. So, some of his paintings may have burned up, earning from the respectable art community a resounding “So what?” When set against the massive tragedy of the LA-area fires, the massive property loss, the injuries and deaths, and the exposed incompetence of so many of the state and city officials who utterly booted this whole affair, the loss of Hunter Biden’s artwork is noteworthy only in its exposure of yet another aspect of Biden graft and corruption.
That seems to be the same opinion as Kyle Becker put forward today regarding the ‘artwork’ of Hunter Biden.
Just think of all those poor money launderers.
JUST IN: The art world has suffered a tremendous loss.

As Ward Clark concluded, in the grand scheme of things this is only a blip against the backdrop of so much loss — including lives — from the ongoing fires in California.
But like some symbolic final twist of fate meant to bookend the Biden legacy and all the corruption it entailed, the loss of ‘millions’ in Hunter’s artwork is a fitting sign of the impending fall of the house of Biden.
And good riddance, too.
