President Trump’s Campaign Garbage Truck to Be in Inauguration Day Parade

This is so like President Trump…

The 2024 campaign garbage truck that President Trump showed up to a rally in is going to be part of his Inauguration Day parade on January 20th.

How iconic is that?

The Washington Examiner reported:

After President-elect Donald Trump takes the oath next Monday, the traditional inaugural parade will take place on the streets of Washington. In addition to the usual pomp and circumstance, there will be a special vehicle: The garbage truck Trump rode in during his campaign.

The truck went viral last October following Trump’s rally at Madison Square Garden. There, comedian Tony Hinchcliffe made a joke at the expense of the country of Puerto Rico that crowds poorly received, referring to it as a “floating island of garbage.” President Joe Biden then appeared in a virtual rally on Vice President Kamala Harris’s behalf to respond, “The only garbage I see floating out there is [Trump’s] supporters.”

Trump appeared in Wisconsin hours after Biden’s comment in the garbage truck, which had a “Make America Great Again” banner on its side.

The Hill added:

President-elect Trump’s inaugural parade is set to feature a garbage truck from an earlier stunt in Green Bay, Wis., a spokesperson with the president-elect’s inaugural committee confirmed to The Hill on Monday.

While in Wisconsin in late October, the president-elect entered a garbage truck themed to his campaign, trying to draw attention to comments from President Biden in which he seemingly  called Trump supporters “garbage.”

“How do you like my garbage truck? This truck is in honor of Kamala and Joe Biden,” Trump said at the time from the truck’s passenger seat, which featured a Trump campaign sticker and flag.

January 20th just got even more exciting!

Inauguration Day is going to be one for the history books.
