Plane Crashes into Fullerton, California Warehouse — Multiple Casualties


We’re only 2 days into January, and things just keep getting crazier…

This afternoon, a warehouse in Fullterton, California caught on fire after a plane crashed into the building.

Multiple casualties have been reported, but the exact number is not yet known.

The area has been evacuated and law enforcement is investigating the cause of the crash.

Fullerton police released a statement:

USA Today reported:

A small plane started a fire after crashing into a building in Fullerton, California, according to local reports.

The crash resulted in a 4-alarm fire and a massive response from firefighters and police, who were dispatched to the area, and 11 people are being treated for injuries, officials told ABC 7. The crash was reported around 2 p.m. local time, and a plume of thick black smoke was seen for miles.

As of now, the number of possible injuries and the cause of the crash are unknown.

Forbes is reporting that there has been 1 confirmed death and 15 injuries so far:

A small plane crashed into a commercial building in southern California on Thursday, killing one and injuring several others, according to local authorities, who evacuated the warehouse and the surrounding area after the incident.

It is not known at this time what caused the plane crash.
