During a press conference today, Joe Biden addressed the New Orleans terror attack that claimed the lives of at least 15 people and injured many others.
Not out of his goodwill, but out of obligation.
You see, Biden was annoyed that he had to deliver remarks on a national tragedy, when he could be reclining on the couch with a bowl of ice cream watching football.
The Sugar Bowl was postponed for Thursday afternoon in the wake of the attack on Wednesday, and Biden couldn’t wait to watch.
So much so that he felt the need to check his watch during the press conference and tell everyone, “The Sugar Bowl is back on. Kick off is going to take off very shortly. If I don’t get this damn thing done we’re gonna be in real trouble.”
What a scumbag.

The Irish Star commented:
Biden had, however, caused uproar with a comment made during an earlier press conference following the attack, stating he needed to “get this damn thing done” because the Sugar Bowl is starting.
The remark didn’t go down well with those on social media, with many slamming the veteran for his lack of empathy for the victims and their families following the atrocities committed by Shamsud-Din Jabbar, aged 42.
Originally scheduled for an 8:45 pm start at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in downtown New Orleans on January 1, the Sugar Bowl was moved to a 4pm commencement on Thursday.
This wasn’t the first time that Joe Biden disrespectfully checked his watch in a time of grief.
He also notoriously looked at his watch several times during the dignified transfer of fallen Afghanistan soldiers.

This man is such a disgrace.
Joe checking his watch to rush through American travesties is the perfect summary of Biden's presidency 🤨 pic.twitter.com/8lNsWxCEAf

Biden’s dismissive attitude toward a terrorist attack because he’s eager to watch the Sugar Bowl is beyond disgraceful—it’s a betrayal of his duty as commander-in-chief. Prioritizing football over national security shows just how unfit he is to lead during a crisis. This isn’t…

Wow😳
How do you say “I couldn’t care less about innocent American citizens being killed on American soil because there is a football game on I want to watch on TV” without actually having to say the words “I could care less about innocent American citizens being killed on…— Hollybell99 (@hollybell99) January 2, 2025
