President Trump’s Chief Of Staff Sends Memo Ordering Immediate Freeze!

According to a message from President Trump’s chief of staff Susie Wiles obtained by the New York Post, Trump’s Cabinet nominees have been told to refrain from posting on social media without approval.

The memo precedes Senate confirmation hearings, which begin next week.

“While this instruction has been delivered previously, I am reiterating that no member of the incoming administration or Transition speaks for the United States or the President-elect himself,” Wiles wrote in the memo, according to the New York Post.

“Accordingly, all intended nominees should refrain from any public social media posts without prior approval of the incoming White House counsel,” she added.

From the New York Post:

The first-ever female chief of staff, nicknamed the “Ice Maiden,” also noted that she appreciates “how enthusiastic everyone is” about joining the second Trump term in her otherwise frank directive.

Trump’s nominees have been silent ahead of what is expected to be a fraught process for some in the GOP-controlled Senate. If Democrats band together against any nominee’s confirmation, Republicans can’t afford to lose any more than three votes from their own conference.

The Wiles memo, according to a Trump transition source, is not in response to the recent social media ruckus caused by Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) chairs Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy over H-1B visas that had MAGA world spinning.

Daily Mail reports:

After the 2024 election the Senate flipped red giving Republicans more seats. Cabinet confirmations only require a simple majority in the 100-member chamber.

That means, as long as Republicans stick together, Trump should be able to put his team in place in the new year.

The most controversial picks include Pete Hegseth to lead the Pentagon, and Kash Patel for head of the FBI.

Also in the spotlight are Robert Kennedy Jr., who Trump wants to lead the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and Tulsi Gabbard, who he wants as his Director of National Intelligence.

The incoming White House counsel who will approve nominees’ social media posts, is expected to be David Warrington.

Last month, Trump announced that Warrington, his top campaign lawyer, would serve in the role.

Trump said: “Dave has represented me well as my personal attorney, and as General Counsel for my Presidential Campaign. He is an esteemed lawyer and Conservative leader.’
