Just two days before Christmas, 78-year-old Bill Clinton has been admitted to the hospital after falling ill.
He is reportedly undergoing “testing and observation” at Georgetown University Medical Center after developing a fever.

Former President Bill Clinton was admitted Monday to MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington after developing a fever.
ADVERTISEMENTThe 78-year-old was hospitalized in the “afternoon for testing and observation,” Angel Urena, Clinton’s deputy chief of staff, said in a statement.
“He remains in good spirits and deeply appreciates the excellent care he is receiving,” Urena said.
Clinton, a Democrat who served two terms as president from January 1993 until January 2001, addressed the Democratic National Convention in Chicago this summer, and campaigned ahead of November’s election for the unsuccessful White House bid of Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris.

Former President Bill Clinton has been hospitalized in Washington after he developed a fever, a top aide told NBC News on Monday.
Clinton, 78, “has been admitted to MedStar Georgetown University Hospital for testing and observation after developing a fever,” said Angel Ureña, Clinton’s deputy chief of staff.
“He is in good spirits and grateful for the care he is receiving,” Ureña said.
A source close to Clinton, the 42nd president, said the situation is “not urgent.”
“The former president will be fine,” the source said. “He developed a fever and wanted to be checked out. He is awake and alert.”
