WH Advisor Makes Shocking Claim in Hidden Camera Footage: “Joe Biden Is, Like, Dead”

Journalist James O’Keefe just dropped some shocking footage of a White House advisor detailing Joe Biden’s mental decline — and, it may be even worse than you think.

Henry Appel is an advisor in the NSC’s Intelligence Programs Directorate, and he was caught on hidden camera talking about Biden’s cognitive state with complete and brutal honesty.

“Joe Biden is, like, dead,” Appel stated candidly, “Not literally. Like, he can’t say a sentence.”

Appel went on to describe several incidents that demonstrate severe mental decline and communications issues with Biden.

In one incident that Appel described, Joe Biden thought the term “novel phenomenon” was referring to an actual novel, as in a book.

“My boss said it, and Biden was just like, ‘What do you mean, like a book?’” Appel said.

He also told about a time that Joe Biden called him and asked to speak to Jake Sullivan, who was actually traveling with Biden at the time.
