Bill O’Reilly…
Jesse Watters…
Stephen Miller….
They all questioned the Duke Lacrosse rape case when the story first broke 17 years ago.
They all told us many things didn’t make sense.
And now, almost two decades later, the accuser has recanted her story, says she made it all up!
OOPSIES!
Sorry about that, hope you can forgive!
Wow.
But what really blew me away was this clip of Stephen Miller on The O’Reilly Factor 17 years ago.
Here’s a short bio for Stephen Miller in case you don’t know his full story:
Stephen Miller, born on August 23, 1985, has been a significant figure in American politics, particularly known for his role as a senior advisor to President Donald Trump. Miller’s career in politics began early, marked by his conservative leanings even in the liberal environment of Santa Monica, California, where he grew up. His commitment to conservative principles was evident during his time at Duke University, where he was active in challenging what he perceived as liberal biases.Miller joined the political arena in earnest after college, working as a press secretary for Congresswoman Michele Bachmann and Congressman John Shadegg. His career took a pivotal turn when he served as communications director for then-Senator Jeff Sessions, where he played a crucial role in shaping Sessions’ opposition to immigration reform, showcasing his policy acumen and dedication to his beliefs. In 2016, Miller joined Donald Trump’s presidential campaign as a senior policy advisor, quickly becoming one of Trump’s most trusted confidants. His influence was instrumental in crafting Trump’s “America First” policy framework, focusing on issues like immigration, trade, and national security. Miller was pivotal in authoring several key initiatives:
Immigration Policy: He was a chief architect of Trump’s travel ban, aiming to enhance national security by limiting entry from certain countries. His work on immigration also included efforts to reduce the number of refugees accepted by the U.S., emphasizing a merit-based system over family-based immigration. Miller’s policies sought to address illegal immigration, including the controversial family separation policy, which, although reversed, was part of a broader strategy to deter illegal crossings. Speechwriting: Miller helped write some of Trump’s most memorable speeches, including the 2017 inaugural address, which set the tone for Trump’s administration with its emphasis on putting America first. His ability to encapsulate complex policy into compelling rhetoric was a key asset to Trump’s communication strategy. Policy Implementation: Beyond policy formulation, Miller was involved in the execution of Trump’s agenda. He worked closely with various departments to ensure policies were implemented as envisioned, often acting as a bridge between the White House and federal agencies. After Trump’s term, Miller continued to influence conservative politics by founding the America First Legal Foundation, which aimed to challenge what he saw as unconstitutional executive overreach by the subsequent administration, focusing on issues like free speech, religion, and national security.Miller’s dedication to his ideology and his loyalty to Trump have been hallmarks of his career, making him a central figure in the Trump administration’s policy landscape. His approach has been described as one that seeks to protect American interests, workers, and national identity, reflecting his deep commitment to the principles he has championed throughout his career.
I realize he still looks 40 years old even back then, but this clip below is when he was a Senior in College at Duke.
I vividly remember watching this live — incredible to now relive it 17 years later after the accuser has now said it was all a big lie:
