BREAKING: Nancy Pelosi Hospitalized After Sustaining Injury


Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has been admitted to a hospital after suffering an injury.

Pelosi was apparently on her way to Luxembourg for a bipartisan event marking the 80th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge.

While travelling, she sustained some type of injury during an official engagement.

The 84-year-old is said to be receiving “excellent” treatment from doctors, but the nature of her injury has not yet been revealed.

An unfortunate trend of accidents and injuries have become more frequent for political figures in the United States.

This brings attention to the fact that many of these political figures are in their 70s or 80s.

Calls for term limits have become more common over the last several years, as we’ve also seen injuries to other political figures such as Mitch McConnell and Joe Biden recently.

Rep. Nancy Pelosi has been admitted to the hospital in Luxembourg after she “sustained an injury during an official engagement,” according to a statement from her office.

Pelosi, 84, is continuing to work and is currently receiving “excellent” treatment from doctors and medical professionals.

An official statement from a Pelosi spokesperson was shared on X by several users:

Fox News provided further details on the incident via Pelosi’s spokesperson, Ian Krager:

“Speaker Emerita Pelosi is currently receiving excellent treatment from doctors and medical professionals. She continues to work and regrets that she is unable to attend the remainder of the CODEL engagements to honor the courage of our servicemembers during one of the greatest acts of American heroism in our nation’s history,” Krager continued. “Speaker Emerita Pelosi conveys her thanks and praise to our veterans and gratitude to people of Luxembourg and Bastogne for their service in World War II and their role in bringing peace to Europe.
