Looks like AOC’s got her eyes on the House Oversight Committee chair.
Whose place will she take?
Well, this New York rep is eyeing the role currently held by Rep. Jamie Raskin.
And Raskin might step down to battle Jerry Nadler for the House Judiciary top spot.
Lots of shuffling of seats in the works.
But she’s not the only one that wants that spot.
Rep. Gerry Connolly wants his shot too.
Guess we’ll have to wait and see who ends up with the gavel.
Fox News reports:
U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is considering a run to lead Democrats on the House Oversight Committee as younger members of the party seek to oust aging committee leaders.
The New York Democrat may be looking to replace Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., if he vacates his seat to challenge Rep. Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., for the top Democratic spot on the House Judiciary Committee, Politico reported.
Rep. Gerry Connolly, D-Va., who ran against Raskin for the job in the last Congress, declared his bid for the Oversight role Tuesday.
The battle for Raskin’s seat could be one of several in which older House Democrats are facing challenges from junior colleagues.
“I’ll be making a decision shortly,” Ocasio-Cortez said, according to Axios.
It’s probably a good time to remind everyone that she’s just an actress.
With everything AOC is saying today just remember, AOC IS A POLITICAL ACTOR

Here’s another theory.
AOC could be a white hat helping to exposing the Left and their insane ways.
Now that would be a plot twist!
And at this point, sure, why not. Crazier things have happened over these last four years.
AOC is a white hat actress being used to fracture and expose the hypocrisy of the left.
