Hunter Biden’s former landlord, Shaun Maguire, is speaking out after Joe Biden issued his son a full pardon last night.
In an X post, Maguire revealed that Hunter Biden owes him and his family a whopping $300K in back pay rent after failing to pay him while renting an apartment in Venice, CA from 2019-2020.
He asked if that is also pardoned now…
Here’s what Sean Maguire said:
So what happens to the $300k+ in back pay rent that Hunter Biden owes my family from 2019-2020?
Is that pardoned now?
Thanks Joe

Maguire also added a disgusting detail, calling Hunter Biden a “absolute sh*t bag” who tried to pay him in art made from his own poop…
Yup. True story. Hunter was our tenant in Venice, CA. Didn't pay rent for over a year. Tried to pay w/ art made from his own feces.
Absolute shit bag.

Maguire clarified that Hunter attempted to pay by offering him a prized book of feces art…
Indeed, he tried to pay w/ a book of art made from his own feces.
But those aren't worth anything except when money laundering.

What a crappy situation (sorry, I couldn’t help myself.)
The Post Millennial reported:
A venture capitalist and claimed former landlord to Hunter Biden has accused the now-pardoned president’s son of failing to pay some $300,000 in rent over the course of a year. The landlord revealed that Hunter then tried to pay the rent with artwork made from his own feces.
Shaun Maguire, a partner at the venture capital firm Sequoia Capital, posted on X after the president pardoned his son Hunter, “So what happens to the $300k+ in back pay rent that Hunter Biden owes my family from 2019-2020?”
Folks on X are urging Sean Maguire to drop the full story:

Other X users have some practical advice:
The pardon only pertains to federal crimes. Failure to pay rent is either a state or local complaint, and you should still move forward with prosecuting any deadbeat renters.

Here’s the best one of all:
You should’ve at least taken one of the paintings he made with his own poop 💩 you might’ve been able to sell it to Rob Reiner or Robert De Niro.
