Wisconsin Women Scream at Lake Michigan After Trump’s Win

In Wisconsin, a group of liberal women turned to screaming in unison at Lake Michigan.

This was to vent their frustration over President Donald Trump’s election victory.

Social media posts show participants discussing ways to “download their rage.”

Some of the suggestions include evening screams for those struggling to get out of bed.

One attendee planned to scream into a pillow remotely from DC.

Screaming seems to be the #1 choice for those who love democracy, when they lose.

As Democrats try and find ways to cope with Donald Trump’s stunning election victory, some women in Wisconsin are trying some different.

Footage circulating across social media shows dozens of women screaming at Lake Michigan to express their rage and frustration over the election result.

A screenshot of the Facebook page where the event was organized shows the women discussing how to download their rage most effectively.

“Maybe an evening scream, too, for those who are having a hard time dragging ourselves out of bed in the morning with this devastating news?” one woman wrote.

“Yes!! Let’s get our frustration out collectively!!” wrote another. “Screaming to ease the sadness and to come together and move forward as a community.”

“I’m still in DC through Sunday night—but I’ll scream into a pillow from where I am in the meantime!” another added.

So if any of you plan on visiting a beach in the near future, be on the lookout.
