WATCH: Bodycam Footage Of Illinois Democrat During DUI Arrest Released


A Democrat official in Illinois was arrested for suspicion of DUI on Sunday evening.

Democratic Board of Review Commissioner Samantha Steele was arrested for driving under the influence after failing a sobriety test.

Bodycam footage of her arrest has been released, and in it, she told the arresting officer that his “penis was small.”

Steele also tells the officer, “You don’t want that. I’m an elected official.”

A Democratic official in Chicago made impolite comments about an officer’s manhood after she was arrested on drunk driving charges, police claim.

Democratic Board of Review Commissioner Samantha Steele was found lying on the side of a road on the north side of the city after smashing into another vehicle, according to a report from the Chicago Police Department, obtained by the Chicago Sun Times.

Steele, one of three commissioners on the Cook County Board, now faces a misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol.

The 45-year-old official was arrested on Sunday evening. According to the police report, officers found two cars with “extensive” damage and Steele lying on the sidewalk

She reportedly admitted to officers that she had been the cause of the collision, smashing her vehicle into two others.

Police bodycam footage showed an Illinois Democrat acting belligerently during a DUI traffic stop and telling police she was “an elected official” when asked to step out of her car.

The official, Cook County Board of Review Commissioner Samantha Steele, was arrested after allegedly drunk driving on Nov. 10, hitting several cars in the process. She also allegedly repeatedly asked an officer if his “penis was that small.

In the video, Steele is asked by a police officer to step out of her car, saying he is “gonna help” her to exit her car.

Steele replied, “You don’t want that. I’m an elected official.”

The officer asked her, “Elected official of what?” She said, “Cook County.”

After the officer pressed further, she declined to provide more details or her last name. Steele also said she didn’t want to be on video.
